Onelife Fitness - Windermere Gym

I have been coming to Onelife, Windermere since I moved close by 3 years ago. Have always liked that they will poll their members to see what they are looking for health wise and what machines they would like to see in the Club. They also keep expanding around Atlanta.

Lisa is the best! She cleans all the machines and makes sure we have a clean gym! Such a hard worker! Everyone is so friendly! By far the best location they have! 5 starts for sure!

To be fair, I'm not sure the issue I encountered was just a several week period or is ongoing, because I haven't been back since then. (This occurred last summer.) The one bike in the theater room which faces the screen that I needed to use to rehab a knee was always broken. (I couldn't walk on the treadmill or do the elliptical yet.) The club employee who tried to find another recumbent for me to use found every single one of them not to be working properly. I went back to check on them for a couple of weeks, each time bringing it to a club employee's attention, but nothing had changed. I'd love to go back, but wonder if the equipment is all still broken.

The gym staff is great and the facilities are very nice. For the price, this gym cannot be beat! Often times walking into a gym as an average joe can feel intimidating, and this gym definitely does not give you that feeling at all.

This Gym has a third party company that does billing for them. They make it near impossible to cancel a subscription. Both my son and I were members before he headed out for college. He was told that if he was going off to college he could cancel without penalty at any time. It has been 4 months since he has been away to college and the company has yet to cancel his account. Any business that tries to lock in a customer in this matter is not a good business in my opinion. The facility is nice but you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to cancel a membership shame on you.

Awesome Gym!!!! You are always greeted with a friendly smile and hello every time you walk in. After being a member for awhile the staff learns your name which is very personable to me. The kids club staff truly care for your kids while you enjoy a workout. I love the group fitness and group exclusive classes. Would recommend to everyone!!!
