I joined PF about 3 weeks ago and have been going to this nearby location 3-4 times per week. The staff are very friendly, the facilities are very well maintained and cleaned, and there’s a large variety of equipment to choose from. I haven’t had to wait on a machine to open up yet as the crowd size is very manageable, even during busy hours.I’ve been very impressed with this Alpharetta PF and am really glad it’s only a mile away from my house. I got the black card membership and it’s a great value for what you pay!The PF mobile app is also excellent and has features for anything you may need. The COVID checkin via mobile app is a very handy feature and I like how the staff behind the welcome desk always greet you by name. Even if they are reading my name off a computer screen, it still goes a long way in making me feel welcomed.

I joined Planet Fitness in Milton a month ago and have no regrets. Large + well equipped facility, friendly staff and not very crowded at all. Membership is inexpensive and I like that I can bring a free guest aka girlfriend to my workouts. The place is open 24hrs on weekdays.One minor flaw is that the parking lot seems poorly lit at night considering that there is foot traffic at all hours.

Great facility and great new machinery. It would be perfect if they purchased another total body fitness machine so that there were two because it is such a relaxing way to end your workout, it just always seems to be in use (understandably so, the hydro massage is a close second!). The new rowing machines are top notch!!! If you're looking for a cardio facility, this is your new home. They've recently upgraded and have multiple choices of all kinds of cardio so as to keep your workout fresh and interesting. All weight training machines are set up in a way that even beginners can't perform exercises wrong/incorrectly and hurt themselves. I would like to see bagel Tuesdays back again =)

Austin is just so freaking awesome. He remembers my name and says hi to me every time time he is working. He asks how my day is going and is just a great guy in general. I have seen him greet so many people and he genuinely cares about the interactions he has with them. Eric is also awesome and always make people feel welcome. So I would say the thing I like the most about this Planet Fitness is the people who work there. I also might be biased because it’s so close and “my” gym, but I have been to about 10 other PFs and none of them compare to Milton. The equipment is better maintained, TVs always have subtitles, more up-to-date equipment in general, 90% of the time the bottles are filled and the paper is stocked (I would say this is the only “problem” that sometimes there is a bottle missing or super low on cleaning solution, but any team member is always more than happy to fill/restock when asked), and whenever there is a problem with the equipment they fix it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend PF to any of my friends wanting to gym on a budget that don’t need super fancy equipment or pool. If they live close enough, I would absolutely recommend the Milton location. The only thing I wish to change is that it be 24/7 instead of 24/5!

I was a happy member until I wasn’t. There was a gym near my house and another near my work. The gym had all the equipment I needed for my routine and it was never so crowded that I couldn’t do what I needed to do without waiting. I wanted to pause my membership for the summer so I could join the Y and my kids could use the pool. I had every intention of starting back as soon as the pool closed. When I called, I found out you could only pause if you are active military or had a medical emergency. So if I cancel and join again, I’d have to pay a pro-rated annual fee on top of the one I already paid. Do you think I will get some of that annual fee back for cancel before the end of the year. Heck no. “Fine, just cancel my me ever shop.” Nope. Got to send in a signed certified letter or do so in person. By the time I got over there to cancel I had missed the pay period by 4 days. With all the hopes and games they won an extra $44 dollars but they lost customers for life. They get you in, then pick your pockets on the way out. They don’t realize that when you treat “VIP” members like that, they will never ever come back.

First of all I joined Planet Fitness for the price and quit L.A. Fitness. One of the best decisions I ever made in life. Not for the price anymore, but the whole workout experience. That gym I quit is a waste of time and money to workout in and get in shape. At Planet Fitness everything is organized perfect for working out, which will help you reach your fitness goals. Planet Fitness is the best workout facility I have ever joined my whole life and I have belonged to a lot of them. I have finally joined a gym that I am reaching my fitness goals. I started out very overweight and out of shape. I've lost 80 lbs so far and look forward to going to Planet Fitness everyday. It doesn't matter what you look like, how out of or in shape you are, no one judges you there. Also it's encouraging to me to see all the other people coming in there working out to stay in shape or get in shape. Also I want to include the staff that works at this facility. Nice and clean with friendly staff. Plenty of workout space and loads of equipment. Locker room was cleaner than a baby bottom lol recommend 10\10

They ensure that it’s kept clean & maintain it that way. Machines are kept well in distance. App shows the crowd meter which helps me plan out my workout based on less crowded timings.
