The staff is really nice and the place is clean. However, there is no squat racks or bench preses which sucks. If you train hardcore, this is definetly not your place. You cant smack the weights or get loud.

This place is awful! I recently moved to the area, and was looking for a gym to join. (I previously lived in Buckhead and have a Diamond membership at Lifetime.) I went to this planet fitness last night, to check out the establishment and see what the had to offer. The ladies at the front desk was rude, and tried to charge me $20, just to see the facilities and workout for that day only. I asked for a One Day only pass, and she tried to charge me $20. Needless to say, I ended up going down the street to Lifetime, where they treated me like family. Also, planet fitness does not have basketball courts, a pool, steam room, or sauna. I will not be joining, nor recommending this gym to anyone.LIFETIME!!!

I actually really like the setup and equipment at this gym..the reason for the 2 stars is that they never get here on time to open up on the weekends(7am). Its now 7:31am and I'm still waiting out here for someone to show up. There's 8 other cars out here waiting as well. This is literally every weekend. No one is managing this place👎🏻?!?!

I visited this gym for the first time and was very pleased. Tommy was the young man who was working at the front desk. What a nice young man! I hope his boss gives him a pat on the back for the way he treated me and all of the other customers. He really cares.

This PF deserves less than one star.I should have read other reviews before joining.They average at about a 2 out of 5.And it's not for the gym itself like cleanliness or lack of equipment.It's for the staff and especially the manager.She's rude,mean,and a liar.I canceled my membership and got an email with a statement that says everything is 0.00$ but was charged a fee AFTER I cancelled.I called my bank and them and I came to a conclusion that my bank didn't recognize them on the 17th(when they take their money every month) and ended up giving them the money on the 24th.And neither the gym or the bank notified me.So,after I canceled they charged me a late fee.Like seriously ?!I called the corporate office twice and they gave me a case number but haven't done anything.And it's been almost a month.I referred to the manager as a liar because as I explained to the corporate office what happened in detail,he told me that she lied and I've been given false information.I'm so happy to go back to Lifetime.I pay sooooo much more every month but I get great service from A to Z.And not to mention the staff are wonderful not only the Alpharetta location but all other locations.

The staff is really nice and they really do stay true to their word when they say no judgement. The equipment is up to par and always clean. Everybody that I've met is extremely nice. I would definitely recommend.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. Been a member for about a year on auto-pay. Took the family in on Wednesday 1/18/2017 and when we badged in, some arrogant 18 year old kid says "Umm, there's a problem with your account, it's past due by 1 day, and we're only doing bank draft now so I need a voided check." We didn't get ANY kind of notice about a problem. We didn't come the the gym with a checkbook, so I politely suggested "Hey, can't we resolve this later?" The kid behind the counter looked at me like I was completely insane for even suggesting something so absurd and insisted that we had to pay or leave. Then today, 1/20/17 I get a text and an email that something is wrong with my billing. Such a poorly run place it's ridiculous. I wish there were a manager or owner here who acted like they give a crap, but the place seems to be run by 18 year olds (many of whom I'm sure are very polite and nice, but the one I encountered was definitely not.) if you can limit your interaction with the staff to handing them your badge and that's it, you'll probably be ok here.

A nice and simplified gym for beginners or experienced people... The staff makes a good effort to keep it clean... Some folks don't always do so, sadly. Otherwise, pretty decent.

If its not your home gym you cant train for more then 10 times a month ,the 11th time you have to pay a 5$ fee really??? I have a black membership for more then a year never had this issue before.Gym itself its great ,love it but this 5 dollar extra fee for training at not your home gym REALLY????

Convenient, affordable place to workout for Milton residents. But need to have weight scale and body fat measuring device. It's strange that a big gym like Planet Fitness doesn't have basic scales!
