I use to love coming here. I've been to several Planet fitness centers and this one has the worst staff lately. I was told yesterday I couldn't have my water bottle on the floor, I was going to agree because I could see how this could be a safety hazard, however that wasn't the employees reason. He said I needed to pick it up bc of COVID...literally that was the only thing he could say. That makes absolutely no sense Ive also needed help with the treadmills before because they just shut off mid work out and the staff never seems to care they just say "well I'm sure you can find one that works" I'm done with this club.Response from the ownerHi, Jessica; we do require that all water containers be able to fit into a cupholder and not be left on the floor as they can present a tripping hazard. We also always want to provide excellent customer service at our Planet. Please speak to the manager if you have concerns about your experience so they can address the matter further for you. Have a great day!I said I understood if it was a safety hazard, but he never said that. He just kept saying COVID over and over again. The employees there need better training.

Not enough words to describe. I think this is the best Planet Fitness I’ve been working out in my over 20 years in multiple clubs. Nice, clean, great equipment, awesome customer service.

This is a really good PF. Whoever laid out the equipment is definitely a gym goer. They have the equipment laid out in a way that really makes sense, similar to other conventional gyms. Whoever owns this gym is not just a business person. They are also a weightlifter. Good to see.

Not very crowded. The gym is doing a good job with cleaning and keeping exercise machines separated. Important during the Covid-19 pandemic. I wish the patrons were more considerate but that isn't the gym's fault.

I am revising my review as the management team showed great interest in resolving my issue quickly. I was contacted by the regional director and was treated fairly. This shows how important customer satisfaction is to this business. Thank you for handling my issue as quickly as possible. I am back at the same gym enjoying some of the best amenities.——————————————————————————-Reinstating membership after canceling is not possible without explanation. Manager is too good to talk directly to customers she only speaks through her assistant manager or employee while standing right in front of me. Disrespectful treatment after being a member for 3 years and hardly going there anyways. Great facilities but horrible staff. Never going back there again.

I felt the need to post this honest review w everything going on w the pandemic. I joined another P-Fit location on September, because my body was ready to return to the gym after gaining 25lbs during quarantine. I just didn't have the courage to use the P-Fit facility as I too was thinking of contaminating myself by putting myself in harms way. I decided to end my membership w that facility after only 2 months. I let fear and the what I heard in media get the best of me. In the meantime, my weight was increasing. I just did not feel good about my outdoor & home workout regimen. I'm sorry to say that when you are used to a gym workout, there is no comparison!Today, I woke up w a different mindset. I dressed immediately in my workout clothes. I headed to another P-Fit location, 'Milton'. I was greeted by Kai, who was very helpful w getting my membership started. In the meantime Douglas was walking around wiping down equipment, cleaning floor. refilling discenfecting supplies throughout gym floor, and emptying trash bags filled w papertowels from members wiping down machines. Milton location is a clean facility overall. I know that you may be skeptical based on what doctors, the media, and what friends are saying; however, if you do not take the time to visit a P-Fit location, you will not see the new measures put in place to keep us all safeI felt the need to post a review because there may be others out there with the same fears that I had. I have tried to workout at home and outdoors, I did not enjoy! I am safe at P-Fit Milton. Everyone is wearing masks except when doing cardio as its optional to wear during cardio only. Every other cardio machine is not in use w a sign. Disinfectant & hand sanitizer through entire facility.

Ever since the new manager Amefika joined this location, this club and associates have been 100 times better.The gym is cleaned throughout the day and makes me and I'm sure others feel safe and working out in a clean environment.The associates went from ringing the ricky bell every few minutes to greeting us at the door and making sure that the bathrooms are clean, paper towels and cleaning solutions are stocked.Everything has been so much better since he has been here and even himself walks around making sure everyone is OK and cleaning equipment as well.This is what we needed and I'm glad that I workout out in the Milton location
