The staff in the morning is great and super friendly. Super friendly and caring trainer as well. Love the new equipment that was recently updated. Only down fall is some guests just don't put there stuff back and on occasion the third shift doesn't refill the paper towel. Over all a great place to start my day.

Really crowded at peak hours, but it gets the job done! I get a little weirded out when they are cleaning the treadmill that I am literally running on but other than that I have not had any issues. Everything is super clean which I guess it should be with how often they are cleaning! Can’t beat the price.

Great location, updated tanning to sunrise 480's and affinity 700's...hot showers, fully mirrored locker rooms...full equipped and no problem parking on side...great job kalamazoo pf!

Great for cardio equipment, OK for strength training. They have limited free weights, no kettle bells, can only do bench/squats on Smith machine.

What a scam this place is. Went in last month to cancel my membership, then never did it. Got charged the $40.00 yearly fee I called them and they were like well we don't see it canceled. I havent been there is a year do to a medical problem and they refused to let me out of my contract. Then today they say oh it wasnt canceled and yeah we arent going to refund your money. This place is the worst for customer service......Time to seek legal counsel even if it costs me more than they owe me. I will forever tell people this place is not the place to go!!!!!!!

Nice place to workout early in the am or late at night when it's not so busy. Lots of treadmills, bikes, and other machines for legs, arms, and abs. The massage chair, tanning, and other perks that come with the Black Card are worth it.

Tons of machines. Mostly wonderful employees. Chelsea is great. And the old man that works at night is sweat heart. I've never heard him raise his voice ever. And I work out late mostly.
