I would refrain from signing a contract.Since the buyout from Onelife (member of Onelife for roughly 3 years) this place has steadily....and rather quickly gone downhill. Machines are down consistently and for long periods of time, uneven/wobbly, and constantly have loose pins/bolts. Cable machines have uneven cables. The turf has become a disaster and continues to worsen with tears and ripples. In chats with others, everyone is confused by the idea of having the AC on full blast along with every single fan in the building while you're trying to get your sweat on and heart rate up. The gym as a whole is consistantly in disarray. Only positive at the moment is a convenient location.

I wanted to recognize the new manager, Patrick, for helping me with a billing issue that I have been dealing with at the Liberty location for months where I was getting doubled billed. I never received any follow through from the other managers I spoke to, but Patrick got the issue fixed within a few hours of my call with him. Thank you for your efforts in solving that longstanding problem!

Never had a problem with this gym until Genesis bought out previous owners. The gym itself is ok, but nothing to write home about. They have the rooftop pool, but that was already in place when the previous owners were over the gym. The personal training is a joke and a waste of money and they make it almost impossible for you to cancel it. There were moths I did not go in for any sessions and they still try to charge me for that month. When I try to cancel, the manager Chris Branham would always give me the run around and never follow through. I suggest looking at other gyms, as they’re are plenty out there with better service and equipment. And if you do decide to go here, beware of the personal training!

They make it so hard to cancel your membership. I’m on a month to month membership and I’ve been trying to cancel since last month. I’ve called twice and they keep insisting that I have to come in to cancel. The second time I called, a manager Denisha answered and she kept insisting I had to come in even though I explained multiple times that I physically couldn’t until she said she’d help me write and email to help me cancel and then never did.

The front desk staff is amazing…very friendly and helpful!! I also loved the atmosphere. Quiet and relaxing. The most incredible bonus was the rooftop pool. Highly recommend!!!

Be prepared to not be able to cancel your membership. They require you to sign a cancellation form/30 day notice in-person but apparently make a habit of “losing” those documents.

Facility Is very clean and has nice equipment with a variety of options.. however, the atmosphere was very quiet, felt like a library. Vibe was not for me
