I have always liked Planet Fitness. My friend owns two in Orlando and the only difference I see is the lack of a flat bench and squat rack. It’s possibly a situation of not having enough room and I’m ok with that.I don’t have nor have I ever seen any of the things in the negative reviews. Clean, tanning beds always have been available, easy to access equipment, all kinds of people from competing bodybuilders to average people wanting to lose weight. I like the tanning beds!

I havent been a member for long but i enjoy going here. Customers actually wipe down machines after they are done with equipment. There is a variety of equipment to use and its generally easy to find what you want available.I wasnt given a tour of the gym as advertised and i was too shy to ask so thats kind of on me.I do wish they had more machines to work abdominals, or that they had the 12 minute abs in this facility.Its a great gym to be a part of

I've been to multiple planet fitness locations and they all seem the same when it comes to cleanliness and layout. Love working out here and the staff are helpful. I got a 24 hour pass and they even let me know about it to use the gym.

The staff:- not very customer oriented.- often on their phones, sitting on the bar.Equipment:- does not have main equipment such as bench press, free unrestricted power rack with bar.- dumbbells go only up to 75lbsLighting:- anytime person exercises chest or other exercises forcing person to look up at the ceiling, lights are blinding the person's eyes. Emailed manager about this problem, however, the manager was not willing to take action to fix it.Cost:- the cost is unbeatable, just $10 a month plus the other extra fees that make the price more $15 a month.Cleanlines:- very clean environment. People clean equipment after each use.- very organized. People put weight in it's original location after each use.- staff keeps the entire gym very clean: toilets, floors, etc.

Staff is so nice, it's really clean and friendly. It truly is the no judgment zone. If I were you, i would totally spring for the black card.. free tannin, free massage chairs, and so much more

Beautiful new products, wonderful staff and conpetative pricing. Guests allowed to workout but only to sample massage and tanning rooms. No pool or basketball court but open 24 hours makes up for that. A great home gym.

Why do I love Planet Fitness? As a black card member, the benefits are great! I can take a guest for free every day. I can use the massage chairs, hydro massage beds, tanning booths, for free everyday! There are plenty of work out equipment so there is not a long wait to use anything. They have a stretching room, circuit training and provide free exercise classes for members. And the atmosphere is extremely non-judgmental.

Love this place. It's open 24-7 and I've never had a problem getting on a machine or using a workout station. They have enough nice equipment so that it never seems crowded. If you want a simple place to get a good workout at the cheapest price around, that's the place to be.

Thank you planet fitness for caring about your customers concerns! I like to maintain my privacy as much as possible which can be hard in the locker room. After mentioning that the shower curtains were not wide enough to effectively cover to opening it was fixed. Not only was it fixed, but new curtains were installed the next morning!The little things like listening to your customer concerns and addressing them promptly is how you make a customer for life. It isn't possible to do everything perfectly all the time but how you react to constructive criticism shows your integrity as a business. Thank you for making your customers problem, your problem. You rock!

Great facility and very clean. The lack of what you need to allow your child 13 year old to be your extra guest with the Black Card is frankly embarrassing on their part. Third straight time trying to come in with her. First time was told need photo ID. So I call and verify if a school ID is good. They respond with a yes. So I show up this morning with her ID and I get oh you need her birth certificate. So I suggested to the woman at the front desk the lack of policy understanding on this locations part is ridiculous along with the communication with the customers. So did the last two prior employees just blow me off? I don’t appreciate the lack of caring and just vomiting an easy answer regardless of its correct or not. Shame on the customer service.
