I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the current manager at the Panther Lake location, Ashley Perrin. I have been a member at this gym for two years, and have never had the following issues until recently. On more than one occasion, Ashley has been known to act unethically when it comes to Membership Policy and Rules. She will strictly enforce policy with some members, while turning a blind eye to others. A prime example of this is in the allowing of minors, pets, and non-members into the gym; some are allowed into the gym at any time with minors, pets, or non-members (no questions asked), while others are turned away or asked to leave, then given the excuse of "company policy" upon performing the exact same behaviors. My husband and son have had multiple situations where they have been asked to leave, while I am allowed to bring my son in to the facility without problem. Unaccompanied minors have been allowed into the gym to litter and cause altercations with paying members. Small dogs (no service vests or paperwork) are allowed in the gym with their owners and on fitness equipment. While 24 Hour Fitness is given the right to refuse admittance to any person, I do not believe company policy extends to discrimination and unfairness when it's rules are being enforced. Clear rules need to be established and enforced, for everyone, equally. There is no easy way to contact corporate about this issue, hence my Google review. All complaints are sent directly to the manager where they go seemingly ignored. If someone from 24 Hour Fitness customer service can reach out to me, I would greatly appreciate it.MEMBERSHIP POLICIES & CLUB RULESMinors Under 12: May not use 24 Hour facilities at any time and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when in the facilities, unless the minor is registered in Kids’ Club or participating in a 24 Hour approved youth program. If your minor child does not behave, 24 Hour may ask you to make other arrangements. 24 Hour does not permit children over six years old of the opposite sex in the locker rooms.Minors 12 - 17: May use 24 Hour facilities without being accompanied by a parent or guardian if the minor is a member or a guest and their parent or guardian signed the financial guaranty and the membership agreement. 24 Hour reserves the right, in its discretion, to require that a parent or guardian accompany a minor.

More selection on equipments. Over budget on what I use 5-10 times a month.

No enforcement of proper mask wearing. They'll tell people to put their masks on and then I'll watch them take it off.
