Planet Fitness

Planet fitness is great! The facility is always clean. The team members are welcoming and helpful. Overall the gym experience is relaxed, with everyone focused on themselves, taking care of their bodies and just working on becoming healthier.

Planet Fitness is an awesome place to work out. They have tons of equipment and you never have to wait for a machine. The no judgement policy means that you will never face criticism, no matter how out of shape you are. The locker rooms are clean, and the massage chairs feel amazing after an hour on the treadmill. If you travel a lot you can use any Planet Fitness facility wherever you happen to be (with a Black Card membership). Best of all is the price! For the price of an order of hot wings you can have a top tier Black Card membership. So skip those wings and join Planet Fitness, your body will love you for it!

This Planet Fitness is pretty nice. Everything's always clean and the staff is friendly. The equipment selection is about average for all the locations I have been to. The equipment is also all in good condition which I like. I have been to some locations where after going there a few months I learn which machines to avoid but I have not found a single piece of broken equipment so far.I will point out that this is an entry level gym and the overwhelming majority of equipment is cable machines. There is a very small amount of free weights and I found I was able to lift a few of the machines max weight which bothered me because I am no power lifter.The detrimental issue for me is that this location does not seem to have any equipment for tall people. The weight benches are piratically on the floor which makes it uncomfortable to do some exercises if your 6'+. I also find quite a few of the machines range of motion is not high enough making the weights hit the top of the machine and preventing a full extension (even after adjusting everything as much as I could.) It would be nice if they picked up at least 1 bench for taller people at some point..If your new to planet fitness you should be aware that their marketing is pretty strange. I suppose they recognize the majority of a gyms income comes from the patrons who pay the fee but dont go there and they market to that sector. They push 'no judgement' but demonize the stereotypical weight lifter pushing that things such as 'grunting' or 'drinking from a large water jug' are not ok but in my experience none of that is enforced.I will also mention this location has an odd group that seems to show up to socialize at certain times. This is probably the first gym I have ever been to where people just kinda 'hang out' around the equipment but they are quick to move when asked.If you get the high membership you can bring a friend unlimited times which is perfect for couples. The locker room also has full showers available and there are also massage / tanning beds available for use.All in all the price point is excellent for the range of services and machines provided. I would recommend this as a comfortable entry level gym. Avoid peak hours during the start of the year when gyms get flooded by people who will give it up in a few weeks.

Staff is always extremely friendly, planet fitness may not have many machines Unlike other bigger gyms but the positive atmosphere is unlike any other gym. They are very sanitary and if I ever have any questions I know someone is HAPPY to help! I’ve been to many PF across states and they are ALL like this! You can’t find this anywhere else! Love love love this gym!

The Staff are always nice. They greet you coming in and when leaving they always say "have a good day/ night. The price is great ! I like that they are open 24 hrs. Not everyone has the same schedule.Overall, the gym is clean. Always a machine or equipment open. Like they say "it's a judge free zone" and I really like that about Planet Fitness.The only thing I think needs some work is the cleaning situation:. I think it's so wasteful to use so much paper towels to clean the equipment. Perhaps cleaning whipes would be better? That way you just pull ONE whipe out instead of using half a roll of paper towels? Maybe it's a cost thing?

I love the remodel and how they keep it so clean and organized. It’s so easy to find equipment instead of it laying everywhere it’s not supposed to be. Also love the staff and how friendly they are. Everything is great and I love my gym!

Staff is helpful, facility is kept clean. I'm currently on crutches but still move around the gym from machine to benches other people in the gym have been super friendly and helpful. Extremely happy with my experience.

It’s so nice and clean in here, the atmosphere is really different than from crunch. PF gets a bad rep for being the “sissy” of gyms but they have all the same equipment, & everyone is just much more friendly and inviting.

Got the black card membership. Well worth the extra. Hydromassage chairs, massage chairs, body 360, tanning, classes, 1/2 cooler drinks. WOOHOO! :) You're getting your money's worth for just the massage chairs let alone all the other benefits. Great for before or after school/work to get your workout and shower done. Very convenient on a time budget. I love the ballet bar for stretching. My absolute favorite!! Plus, I can bring a guest every time for free.

I really liked the new design after the recent remodel. It's a great modern look. Not having to wait to use equipment was the best part. The new hydromassage beds are amazing!
