The rules planet fitness has I like best. I like to work out in peace with no aggressive, judgement, noisy grunts, weight distractions of other ppl. All the workers at the front desk are friendly and down to answer any questions you have.

This gym is extremely dirty especially the floor I don’t think it has ever been mopped. If you place your free weights on the floor they are covered with dirt. The picture is the bench i was using you can clearly see it has never been wiped down by the staff.

I am new to the area and was looking for a job that was nice and had a friendly environment. However, these are not the only important qualities for a business. The communication is very poor. I had two interviews (a week apart) and immediately following the second interview that I would receive a phone call with the decision that night or the following day. A week later, no call. I called several times and even left a voicemail to which I got no response. So, I decided to make an in person visit since there was obviously no chance of even getting the common curtesy of a phone call. The manager didn’t even recognize me and couldn’t even tell me why I didn’t get a call notifying me of the decision that was made. He said the position had been filled so I’m assuming that person got a phone call… he blamed it on the fact that he’d been gone for 2 weeks when he was the one who in fact had done my second interview and told me he would call.. very unprofessional. Oh well..on to the next interview!

I love it! I enjoy learning new workouts from the trainer, and I love the hydro massage! Best feeling ever!

I enjoy working out in a clean and friendly environment. I love the atmosphere of cleanliness and the attentive staff. Upbeat music plays in the background and the members are generally polite with each other as we all get our workouts in. There’s even an area for a good therapeutic massage on a hydro massage bed. It’s a lifestyle!

You have all the machines that I like and your little spa area is so cool I haven't indulged much yet but I plan to since I'm a black card member. Your gym is also not super crowded even in the crowded times. I don't like having to wait to use machines so having a place that's not overly crowded when I get off work is the ideal situation for me.

Both team members that assisted me were extremely patient, professional, respectful and accommodating. I was very impressed with how calm and relaxed they were in a situation that could’ve been overwhelming. They were able to calm my nerves and take care of my issues in a very timely manner. They CLEARLY put their members health, safety and satisfaction above anything else. Thank you Planet Fitness in Killeen! You guys rock!

I’ve been across the country to different Planet Fitness Gyms, all over for the past 2 years but this is the best. It’s very clean (didn’t look into the showers though), inviting and friendly. The staff is amazing and I wanted to make sure to thank Jasmine (please forgive me if I misspelled your name) especially, for her superb costumer service. She took care of everything I needed in a professional, friendly and swift matter. Definitely will be back.
