The gym was very clean with a good selection of equipment! Set up nicely with enough space for everything you would want to do for working out. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I moved out of the area to another state and had to cancel my membership there. However, I do recommend this gym. Jasmine was a big help in helping with bill pay, and kept it simple & straightforward. Again, I do recommend this- Mr. Honor

I have been a planet fitness customer for years Andre' and the staff is great. Cleanest gym I have ever been in. This Planet Fitness is continuously growing to give it's customer the most up to date equipment in a non judgement atmosphere. Michael, Imani and Caitlyn are professional and customer friendly.

I’ve been attending this gym for over five years consistently. Over the past few years the security measures have gone down dramatically. This morning the cops were called because of a homeless man entering into the gym harassing me and the overnight attendant. Here lately, also they're putting girls on the overnight shift. nothing wrong with ladies but the area is already sketchy and they have no safety measures in placeI normally would give this gym 4 to 5 stars hands-down but here lately I’ve been feeling unsafe. I also believe the sanitizing bottles don’t s have any cleaning products in them. Issues with moving gym equipment closer together although the Delta variant is going around. The overhead Gym recording talk about the clean thumb club🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ I’m personally looking forward to the new gym opening on STAN Schlueter since Management has neglected safety measures at this location in more than one way

Great place to quietly get your workout on. Sometimes it's a little hot inside the building. The equipment is always cleaned by members and neat. There's always great deals on features members have access to.

Friendly staff. Equipment is well maintained and they have a lot of different machines to work out different muscle groups. Only con is the trainers don't do any classes on the weekends, but not bad for $10 a month.

I really enjoy my Planet Fitness. The staff are always polite and professional. The facility is also very clean. Very rarely do I have to wait for a certain piece of equipment either.

Clean place and friendly staff. Great gym for in and out workout. Highly recommend the black card for all the extra amenities--the hydro bed, massage chairs, and the tanning beds! Plus, you earn perks for free and discounted items just for coming in to workout.

First the staff members are very kind and they greet you once your first foot is in the door. They are patient and very helpful. Also when you are leaving they sometimes ask how was your workout, but always tell you to have a good day. As for the facility itself, the gym medium size i would say. Its big enough so you are not on top of other ppl working out and small enough to find what you are looking for. The only gripe I have is that there's no sana, but thats not a big deal. Its hot enough outside sweat out there lol.

Great gym!! I’ve always loved PF! I don’t live in Killeen but I have a friend I visits here and we workout together here. Also idk who he is, but the talk black guy (bald) is always so nice and really cares about the people there! He makes an effort to try and get to know the people working out and he’s always a got a friendly smile on his face!

Personnel is always helpful and friendly. Safe and friendly environment with all the amenities that you need from tanning to massages. Also great prices with the black card for the 50% off on pre workout drinks as well. I love planet fitness!
