I was a member for a few months. I had the regular membership along with the personal trainer membership. I cancelled my personal training membership due to personal issues and my last bill date (as said on the cancellation document) was 10/07. The following week, I got billed again. I went in to Crunch and talked to the personal trainer manager Kyle and he said there is a ten day window after the bill date to get billed again, which I was never aware of. There was no offer for a refund or nothing. As a college student money is fragile. Just sorry you got billed and goodbye. I communicated I didn’t know that and there was no reply. In order to have business, you accommodate to the customers. So disappointed in the lack of communication and the way they handled this. I won’t be back!

Buyer beware! If you purchase personal training and decide to cancel. The staff has no personal training manager that takes responsibility for customer service. I followed their policy, went in to the Gym on 8/19/22, cancelled my personal training by filling out their form so payment would stop effective September. 2 days later I was told I had to fill this out electronically. I did this. ON September 2, $208 was removed from my account. I called, was told there was an error and was assured it was taken care of. I gave them until 9/16/22 for my credit to show up before contacting them again. Only another payment of $208 was removed on 9/16/22. So $416 I am out. I called, spoke with a "manager" I was told they do not have a manager that could help me, I had to contact my trainer directly. One should not have to contact their former trainer to find out where their $$$ is. When I contacted the trainer as instructed, I was simply told they filled out the form. WHAT??? I am still out my $416. I will see if an additional charge comes out on 9/30/22 or if I will finally have my REFUND. BEWARE if you sign up for this service. There is apparently no administrative accountability as there should be with any business.

I joined a different gym and wanted a trainer and all I got was a paper they give to everyone that wasn’t personalized and tailored to my needs. Since joining Crunch I haven’t missed a workout and my trainer DALLAS has great communication. She tailored my workout to my desires and needs. I recommend this place 100%I finally feel like my fitness goals are within my reach.

I have to cancel. The gym is gross. Almost no one wipes down equipment. There's always sweat and grease stains on everything because none of the members wipe equipment. The music is always blasting so loud that you can't listen to your head phones.When I went to cancel, they would not do it online or over the phone. They said I needed to come in or send a "certified letter" In 2021, they're telling me I have to send certified mail to cancel a gym membership... It's comical. If your business model is "try to make money by not letting people cancel," you're doing it wrong. Keep in mind, other Crunch locations have online cancelation. I get that it's their policy but the sales reps lied. Given all that, it's still bad policy and shows that their business model is making it hard to cancel, not providing a good, clean, safe atmosphere.Not a reason to cancel, but a note: people regularly use the equipment in ways that it's not designed for.

I met Dallas during a quick session to learn about personal training. My 1st time in the gym seemed overwhelming but everyone was SO welcoming! There are tons of sanitizing bottles & paper towels to keep things clean. Dallas is knowledgeable & invested in helping me reach my goals. Over the last 6 months, she has pushed me further than I ever thought body would physically go. She encourages me throughout the week & makes every single session count. Everyone at the gym is so helpful & even notice how hard we’ve been working together. If you are interested in getting stronger & building confidence I recommend Dallas & Crunch Fitness 100%.

This gym is amazing! They have the best classes, state of the art equipment, friendly and helpful staff. It’s spotless and the hours they are open are great.The trainer I had for my kickoff, Derrick was the best trainer I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend trying it out, it’s $24 a month and no contract! Can’t beat it

I’ve been a member of the gym since it opened. It has a lot to offer. Many cardio machines. I’ve never had to wait for one. A huge variety of strength training equipment is available. As the months have gone by, more classes have been added. The trainers are always helpful and have great energy. I’ve been training with Josh since the opening and he pushes me every minute of our session. If you’re looking for a gym to join, you need to check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

There are several things I like about this gym. The staff are all professional and clients are their focus. Dallas is an excellent trainer. She takes her job seriously and really knows her clients. She tailors my workouts for the most benefit while keeping in mind that I have gout in my knees. Over the past year, I have put on about 10 pounds of muscle.

LOVE our new "fitness family" at Crunch Lakeland, Florida. As a person who is on a weight loss journey clubs can often be intimidating and make you feel like you are being judged, that is not the case at Crunch Lakeland. Mary and her team are delightful and great at what they do. From my assessment with Henry to working with Chanelle as my personal trainer twice a week it's great to have someone as a trainer who has gone through the weight loss and fitness journey and now shares her knowledge for my personalized strength training program to help me meet my personal goals.My family loves the amount of machines available and being able to social distance while getting a workout. The variety of Zumba classes make cardio fun. The instructors energy is high and we have a great time, making us look forward to working out and getting fit. Delighted Crunch has put together such a great team to make everyone feel comfortable no matter what their fitness level.Wonderful to have all these services under one roof. Thanks for coming to Lakeland!

As expected, since the gym just opened, it's been packed each time I've been there.But... there's a good amount of equipment; free weights, machines, squat racks, cardio equipment, etc.Tanning rooms, hydro massage rooms, saunas, a dedicated spin class room, and a group fitness room are part of their amenities.They even have heavy bags. 😍I only wish they were 24/7, or were at least open a little later.Definitely worth checking out if you don't mind working out around a lot of people.
