Crunch Fitness - Lakeland

If people would just move along when they complete their workouts instead of just sitting on the equipment, having conversations on their phones and with others while you are waiting to use the equipment. Just move along when you are done as to not have others waiting. Come on management you can do better. 2 stars for now.

Worst gym in the entire world. They tried to overcharge me for personal training that I never had and then I moved away and tried to simply call to cancel my membership. Good luck with that you either have to send someone on your behalf or mail a request to their corporate PO BOX. Seems like a gym and a company scamming for money. Happened to multiple people I know. Horrible

The facility itself is super nice and clean. The customer service is not good. They are very pushy and get annoyed when you won't sign up for the premium membership or the $500-$600 per month physical training. They will use your words against you at times when it comes to the kickoff survey. I wasn't even told that the kickoff was optional and had to pay for that too. My goals are to use the cardio machines to supplement my other workout routine and they tried to sell me everything extra that I didn't want.

What a POS company. They are great at taking your money but when you try to cancel your membership that's when the politics start. Worst company ever had to deal with regarding a simple cancellation of membership. And then the general manager ended the call with telling me to "have fun with cancellation process through corporate" and that "he didn't care about my Google review". I guess he just proved it. Now he got his one star because it don't allow a zero. Way to go crunch fitness. I never had this kind of an issue with planet fitness when I moved. I should have stayed with planet fitness. Sorry I ever tried out crunch fitness.

Rude front desk staff and poor customer service. Go to any other gym in Lakeland.

I would appreciate it if you were open until 8PM on weekends. I have children and can only make it in by 6ish and can't get much of a workout in Saturday or Sunday.

Best gym in Lakeland. I love Zach + crunch. My happiness. Staff is friendly, environment is great! 10/10

If i could give this gym zero stars i would. Go elsewhere, the general manager here only cares about money verses understanding areas of improvement. He proves being greedy about money by demanding an EXTRA charge meanwhile the payment isn’t even due for another two weeks in order to help you. The gym itself is too packed with equipment & zero space. The shower doors also don’t even shut properly. You could visibly see through the glass for whoever is inside the shower as well. Make sure to read your contract throughly because the way it’s described to you even AFTER you ask for clarification could be false. Take this review as your way out of a headache & what the general manager said “collection debt” lol

Disappointing !!! Advertising prices are not actually what you end up paying. 27.95 per month for basic membership.
