I was hesitant to join crunch as I had been going to Just Move for a decent amount of time. After visiting crunch I immediately switched memberships after I saw how helpful and welcome the staff was!

A trainer by the name of "CJ" was kind enough to return my beats headphones to the front desk. Even took the time, many days later, to tell me personally that he had returned it to the front desk and made sure it was returned to me.CJ went above and beyond. More than what a gym could have asked of their trainers.
