First visit. Looks clean. People were nice. Not to busy at 1:00 pm. Have some different weight training equipment so that's nice.

I went to tour the facility, and Tavion was my guide, who was awesome. I love the atmosphere. The staff is friendly. I look forward working out at my new gym.

Great place to work out. Clean gym, sauna is awesome. The trainers are the best part about Crunch. Patrick Vandergriff is a great trainer and is always positive!

I started training with Patrick Vandagriff about two years ago. Since then I have put on 15lbs going from 175 to 190. All my lifts have went up and I went from being a skinny runner Tia member of the 1,000 Lb club! Pat’s professionalism and dedication to training are second to non and he has my highest recommendation to any looking to lose weight, gain weight or increase strength.

Trainer Patrick V was amazing! He allowed me to dial in my form on all of my compound lifts and gave me some really solid tips for getting a full stretch and contraction on the concentric phase of my movements! Can’t wait for our next training sesh where he’s going to start getting into structuring a well-rounded workout split and diet model!

Patrick Vande is an amazing trainer who was able to meet all of my needs as a client. He has flexible scheduling and is very knowledgeable about weight training. After working with him I was able to gain 6 pounds of muscle and increase my bench press max significantly. I definitely recommend working with Pat!
