Great place. Very clean. Staff is super friendly.

Called to inquire about a 1 week membership as I am here on vacation. Was told i could only pay start up fees and join in order to use the gym. I use other pla net fittness locatuons on my travels and never have an issue... Sucks they are so unwilling to offer anything for a traveler.

Very clean place .... staff nice and friendly ..... lots of machines and plenty of room so u not feeling on top of everyone ...... also very close to my home less then 6 min away

Love this facility. Great equipment, and the staff is almost always friendly and courteous. Can't say enough about that, because those two traits about a business keep me coming back

I guess Planet Fitness will be known for commoditizing the fitness Market. Ultimately, I think they do a pretty decent job in this space. For $19 a month you get full gym access almost 24/7 plus tanning beds massage and some other amenities. Planet Fitness is not a bad place to join if you're not crazy hardcore. They also have a good Core Body strengthening the area which is why I have incredible abs

They have soooooooo many treadmills and different elliptical type that it is well needed during the hours of 5pm-7pm with the after work rush, especially on Mondays. The group classes are great, don't forget to try them out!

Love this place!!!!!! The only gym i know that the people dont judge you as you do your thing. They have many things to offer at a single monthly rate. No contract so you can cancel at any time. The people are friendly and are more then willing to give you a walk through so go see for yourself. I bet you dont leave without a membership!

Do not sign up at this gym. As a former employee I can say that management does NOT care about its staff and members by all means. They are just money hungry drunks managing a gym. They would CONSTANTLY bad mouth memebers behind their backs which is funny because it’s this suppose to be a judgment free zone? So what makes you so damn perfect!? The lack of Professionalism baffles me! I got treated veryyy differently then other staff members because of the color of my skin. I know for a fact the manger STEVE CORTES is a unethical stubborn racist because he would would talk to me ANY kind of rude way that was very unprofessional for any manger to EVER talk to any employees like that. He was Constantly putting me down damn near everyday. He is constantly gone!!! He Disappears literally 5 times everyday to go do stuff and would NEVER tell the staff were he is going just that “he will be back.?? Everytime that we need him the most too! One time a member heard the way he talked to me and she got very upset and was shock that he was are manger!!! She then pulled him to side to tell him that she did not appreciate the way he talked to his employees at all and that it was very disrespectful of him and she wanted to cancel on the spot! He then came up to me and said “you know I was joking right?”. But he wasn’t. He was very serious and try to proceed to be”nice” because he got caught showing his true colors. All you see when you get there is nothing but Caucasians.. but where is the diversity???? All Employees are constantly on their cell phones at the front desk EVERYDAY or doing things that they Should NOT be Doing during work hours and would also get “annoyed” when another employee or a member would ask for help? They lack very basic communication skills and the favoritism there is beyond chaotic (between members and employees)!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this gym to none of my family or friends so please just save your money and your time!! There are better gyms out there that will respect you in your time!

Planet Fitness South Lakeland offers convenient hours, a wide range of options to reach your goals at an incredibly low price. Losing weight has never been more convenient and affordable.There's a wide range of equipment; plenty of treadmills, bikes, cardio, elliptical, etc.I've never had to wait.Would love it if they had a pool, jacuzzi and wet sauna room, but that would no doubt drive the fees up exponentially.Very clean and well maintained throughout the gym and locker rooms.Ryan, Bryan and Jennel, who I see regularly, always greet me with a warm, welcoming smile and exude professional courtesy.Kudos to the fine staff for doing an amazing job; keep up the great work!

Can't beat the price. Atmosphere is super laid back. Plus the hydromassage bed is a super stress relief. The tanning beds work great. And the personal trainer is now included in the black card membership. So planet fitness is the go to gym.
