I have been coming here for over a year. But I don’t know what happened this year that’s it is always so messy and dirty. Coming here felt gross no one cleans and the place just looks disgusting. I hated being the only one cleaning for myself and no one else contributes. I decided to leave and no come back such a shame.

Been a member of 24hr fitness for many years, but my membership expired while I was out of town. I asked ROBERT at the front desk to grant me entrance for just today while I got the situation taken care of. He said unless I renewed with him, he couldn’t let me in. Then, he sent me to JOHN, another someone who obviously had no higher authority than ROBERT. I only go to this gym for swims and not as frequently. This JOHN dude said I’d have to pay $25 for ONE VISIT after many years of membership. I requested to speak with Randy Whos a manager from the downtown LB location & was told he was transferred to Lakewood. These 2 young men are obviously in sales because they both wanted me to renew my membership with them and I absolutely refuse md to deal with the pressure they teamed up to putting me through. Such unprofessional and unsympathetic treatment from these two. Not please and will escalate to higher ups. They shouldn’t pressure long term clients to meet their sales quota.

Used to love this gym but has recently gone down hill. The cable machines are often out of service, the gym floors have tumble weeds of dirt and hair. The bathrooms are almost always a hot mess and out of toilet paper and seat covers. Just needs major maintenance improvements asap.

Cancelling my membership. Been with 24 since 2015 and sad to leave. Was hoping over the last year this location would find its motivation and improve itself. Rather, it’s gone down hill with customer service, equipment, cleanliness, and members. Just overly crowded and a huge disappointment.

Gym is gross. All of the equipment is dirty, bathrooms minimally kept, every fountain has mold or calcium build up. I don’t recommend.

Holy smokes, I haven't been here for a while and in coming back today I was shocked at the decline of the facility. "Dumpy" is a good word to describe the entire place. Drinking fountains with warm water, plenty of "out of service" equipment and the grime that's everywhere. How about the black soles on the basketball court that walked right by the HUGE sign claiming they're not allowed? They go along with the rampant cell phone photography happening in the locker room while people are trying to change. Par for the course in this place. I think I was overly generous with my 2 star rating...
