The facility itself is great! Every now and then we have a problem finding weights.. but they do offer a lot if amenities. The women's bathroom is not the cleanest, the basketball court always has trash, the parking lot is always thrashed with trash. Wish they had a smoothie bar. But for the price it is worth it.

I find the customer service here to be very poor. The staff is unskilled and unprofessional. The club manager, Omar Toma, doesn't care about members. Once in a blue moon when I have brought something to his attention, rather than listen and (God forbid) apologize, he gets defensive and argues, which is quie frustrating to a member who is trying to offer constructive feedback to help improve the club experience for everyone. In addition, the men's showers are disgusting. Despite an intrusive afternoon cleaning schedule in which the maintenance crew kicks everyone out, the basic condition of the showers is unacceptable. Omar needs to hire a PROFESSIONAL cleaning service to come in and DEEP clean the men's showers, and not during the middle of the day! Anyway, moving forward, I'm going to drive a little further down the road and go to a different club, with better customer service and cleaner facilities.

Disappointed! It's the diaries gym I've ever seen. The whole gym I only see 1 cleaning person. I used to join LA fitness but canceled because this one on my way to work, regret!. I see every conner, under equipments, all equipments, steam room, showers room, ext... it's the diaries place I've ever seen in my life.

This location is tough to evaluate. At the right time it’s totally fine, problem is that’s an incredibly rare thing to come by. The upstairs cardio area is nice, locker rooms are generally clean. But come almost anytime and this place is overrun with teenagers and people who come in groups of 6/7 who hog a bench press, squat rack, or machine for like an hour at a time, and have just generally awful gym etiquette. I think they added another squat area which should help hopefully. Weights are thrown everywhere, people don’t have any consideration for others at this location. Not much the club can do about terrible gym goers…but they all converge into this location for some reason. Super crowded like 90% of the time and not super enjoyable when trying to get your weightlifting/training routine in.If you have the multi club pass try other locations first.

BY FAR thee nastiest grimiest most ghetto 24 I've ever been to in my 3 years of having a membership. Equipment is not up kept. Members do not re rack their weight they just leave them wherever. The sauna and steam room are disgusting and smelly. There was at least 10 used water bottles left on the benches and floor in the steam room. On top of it being so dirty and gross. You can see the mold building up cause they don't clean it. And let me reiterate .... SMELLYYYYY!!DON'T EVER GO TO THIS 24 LOCATION!

This gym is really clean. I was greeted at door. The staff was very helpful. This my first time at this location. Having a Platinum membership allows you entry into this location. The equipment has a QR code reader if you are new to their equipment. The QR code reader will demonstrate how to use the equipment. I love the working fans on the cardio equipment. It's not as large as some of them other locations. The parking in unbelievable small for the size of this gym. This location gets full fast.

The gym is in total despair. It is extremely filthy and overly crowded. I was disgusted seeing the run down facility. I will never go there again and would not recommend this place to anyone.
