They've been doing a great job during the pandemic holding this place together. They stick to safety protocols and our entire family has been working out 5 days a week as we get ready to take on a summer of adventure.

Gym Was OK but a little small. So I decided to move on and found out you can't cancel online or on the phone you have to go in. Not too big of a deal So I went in and cancelled my membership and two days later they still charged me $39. Two days after I canceled. Worst gym management experience I have ever seen. Don't recommend.

Could have used better customer assistance coming from another planet fitness club. Plus the fact that they aren't choosing to use the scan key tags anymore so the log in in the initial on entrance isn't as convienient. All around could use more of a welcoming and accommodating entrance and amenities to reassure club members that the club in Lakewood was worth traveling too.

I just moved cross-country, needed a workout, and quickly found a planet fitness with all the equipment and setup I'm used to. This will probably be my new home gym.my son came out to CO recently and he enjoys this PF gym too, friendly helpful staff👍🏼!

The gym itself is great. But I've had trouble cancelling my membership. No one told me I had to send a letter if I couldn't come in. I'm out of state and the fact that I've been trying to cancel this since August with no one telling me to send a letter is ridiculous...100 bucks down the drain and poor communication... Im quite frustrated with this location.

Tour it. You get exactly what you see. If you like it, it’ll be great. Don’t complain that they don’t have X or Y machine AFTER you get a membership. Just take a 5 minute tour and if it’s got what you need then this is a fantastic gym.

Wes and Josh were super helpful and understanding of the circumstance I was in. They were professional and kind. The gym is clean and they take wearing mask and wearing it on correctly very serious during this time of COVID. Go check them out! Oh yeah the hydro massage and massage chair is a plus when you’re sore after a workout or just want to relax! Get the black card to have access.

Want to give a shout out to MaKayla and Francine. From the day I started there, they have called me by my first name. They are both cheerful and hardworking. I have noticed that the gym is cleaner on the weekends. Must be because these two ladies are constantly going around cleaning the machines, beds, equipment etc. I go almost every day and can truly say that the weekends are especially nice. I look forward to seeing Makayla and Francine as they are both so attentive to their job and to the customers.

Been here a couple times. The staff is dismissive, its not very clean, And it would seem the staff is choosing music that they want to listen to rather than putting on motivating club music or gym music. Last time I went in it was just basic radio type music and R and B which is nice but not when you're working out.

98 Wadsworth Lakewood CO.I inquired why the electrical outlet in the lounge was locked, and was told to keep people from loitering and I would be thrown out if I stayed more than 20 minutes. Is this any way to treat your customers Planet Fitness, is this what I'm paying for.Update, I sat in lounge for more than 20 minutes and was asked to leave, I politely declined to do so as I had paid to use the facilities with no limits ( you can't arbitrarily make up rules as we go, that is not the nature of a contractual agreement ). The police where called and I was escorted of the property, even though all I had done was sit silently for over 20 min. I received an email saying my membership was cancelled and I was not offered any recourse or able too speak to anyone about it. Sign contract at your own risk, you've been warned.
