This Planet Fitness is clean and has all the equipment you need to get a good workout. Even though I am a PF member from South Carolina, I was able to use the facilities to exercise while I am in the area in vacation. Deshawn was extremely nice and helpful as well. Wonderful experience!

Have not been in this location due to relocation In almost a year. I tried to end my service at another location near where I now reside but of course could not because it was not under the same ownership. Had to go out of my way to go to this location to end my service and what do I get? They tell me I will be charged an additional month because they already started their billing for the month! Seriously you have had months of free payments from me and now you want to charge me just one more after the difficultly of just trying to end my service. How am I suppose to know when you do your billing? And it was not like it was right before my bill was due. SMH! Be aware!

This is not my home gym and I forgot my card to scan, same w my hubs, and the gentleman that checked us in, was so put out that he had to look our info up at another computer. Absolutely worst customer service. Now. Onto the gym itself. Equipment is fine, however. The airflow, is non existent!! It’s humid and smells like sweaty balls!! We have tried this gym before (it’s the closest) to us. And we will forever drive farther to not die of humidity and smell!!

Only been in twice now but both times all was well. Clean machines, brighter inside, and not too many people. This one is open 24/7 which is absolutely awesome. It is a little too warm in there for me and I do not feel any air blowing. Some fans would be nice. This is more cardio than weights but does have all.

The gym is nice, the staff are friendly, but I don't like that they force you to stay under their contract for a set amount of months. My boyfriend and I were going every other night, but our work schedules changed and now we do not have time to go, but we are stuck paying the membership fee for the next few months anyway.

This is an AMAZING location! Clean gym, super friendly staff, there’s always equipment available (even when it’s busy) and I don’t feel judged for working out.There is a slight problem though… beware a man who slips his phone under stalls to record. Was there last night and this guy sat in the bathroom stall for almost 2 hours, shifting around when people would walk in to go to the changing rooms, crawling under stalls… right until I walked into a changing booth, leaned over to open my backpack, and saw a huge screen with its camera pointed at my stall. Told the staff and they said they would handle it (plus they were extremely nice and helpful about it) but it’s just creepy. BEWARE

Open 24 hours with fast Wi-Fi and public showers. Has tanning and aqua massage for those with Black CardModerately clean, friendly staff, decent equipment.

This Planet Fitness is pretty shabby and most of the equipment is in poor condition. It was also odd being told I couldn't buy a bottle of water because it wasn't my home gym? They said it was for my safety so someone else couldn't use it... But I said you have a picture of me on the screen right now , how could I be someone else if you can see me? Not only that but I commonly use gyms all around town and buy water without an issue when I forget mine. I spoke to the manager who said he couldn't help me....

This is the best Planet Fitness in the area in my opinion. I originally started out at the 16th Street one, but that one is a super uncomfortable one to go to on account of the numerous shady people that are always just hanging around both inside and outside of the establishment. This one though, it's great! The staff is always nice, the equipment never seems to be broken, and the locker rooms are always clean. I've gone around the area and checked out a few of the PF's and it really is hard to beat this one.

Just go to the one by Highway 285. It's worth the extra 5-10 min drive south. The locker rooms are a reflection on the cleanliness of the entire place, and I've given this location multiple tries. It's always filthy. Who knows what else they aren't cleaning. On the surface, this place looks nice. But the staff is, obviously, incredibly lazy.
