Who in their write mind would only have one location out of three of your place open for tanning .. poor planing .. the west side manger told me okemos tanning was open .. guess what it wasnt .. told me wireing on the beds bot done .. i want a refund on my black card .. its a 2 hours wait at your southside .. who great planning would have 2 stores down for weeks at okemos.. they tell you something different. Poor poor poor .. Update .. i am canceling here i have been here from the start when you opened in lansing .your poor planing lose uou 2 people me and my wife .. i wasted my time and gas ..

Planet Fitness has some nice and helpful staff members. They have lots of different types of workout equipment and TVs to watch. And massage chairs & beds to use too. I like that they are open often, so I can go there almost any time.

Bad treatment, claim that everyone belongs but can’t make their own employees treat people right.I’ve been treated differently and in a very racist and bad way because of my race.

My main issue is the crowd size. There always seem to be a lot of people here. Many of the guest at this location are either students or retirees with flexible schedules. I prefer the W Saginaw location.
