I love this location! I haven't been here long, but I already like it so much better than my old gym. The staff is SO friendly and nice, there are always machines available, even with social distancing restrictions. The perks are awesome and also always readily available. Well worth it! I also like their app. You can scan the barcode at a workout station and learn how to use it. Makes me feel a lot less awkward.

I love this place. Great price, Good machinery, Place is right near my house however I do have a recommendation. Add about 1-2 more benches for bench curls or etc, and add 1 more bench press machine. Don’t get me wrong the amount of machines there are is actually enough when your schedule circulates around a time that’s not so busy, but for the people who have no choice other then to workout at times where it’s as busy as it gets, trying to do your workouts might be a little bit of a struggle because you got to wait for someone to finish and most of the time that person finishing is someone who’s on his phone for 1000 years 😂 so I understand the struggle. Also, I’d love to see Friday-Sunday finally go back to being open 24 hours again. Closing early just makes the place even more busy and I’m pretty sure everyone would rather work in an environment where the place isn’t so tighten up when they only have a little amount of time to workout before going either to work, school, studying or whatever. This isn’t a complaint whatsoever, even if they don’t go along with the recommendation the place is still great. If you’re wary of signing up for a membership to this exact planet fitness, don’t be. The place is great, clean, friendly, staffs are helpful and everything you need is here.

First time going and it was nice! Everyone was sure to clean their station after using it, employees seemed to be nice but I didn't have any interaction with them so I can't say much about them! They had equipment socially distanced, which was very nice unless you come in with someone and try to chat and then it feels weird talking over a treadmill, but it's good that they have it! Overall, I truly like this location!

Clean and friendly staff. Also not super packed which I loved. Only things I would change is if they could somehow add a sauna, that would be amazing!! Maybe even some kind of charging stations for my phone next to the massage chairs. That would be super convenient considering I drained my phone battery listening to music during my workout. Other then that I enjoyed my experience.

using a throwaway for this review. Signed up online today before work, went in to get what I needed from the gym itself. Was asked if I had questions, I said yes bc I have never been to a gym. I was told to find someone in a gray shirt if I have questions about the machines. Wasn’t given a tour, wasn’t given any information about the gym or what the benefits of the black card are, absolutely nothing. I realize the benefits are on the website but it would have been nice to have things explained to me. Just an overall terrible experience. I haven’t even used the gym due to time constraints today, but tomorrow morning I’ll be going in and canceling my membership. I don’t care to be treated poorly or like I don’t belong someplace and that’s exactlyHow I was treated. I’ll just eat the $15 I was charged today and just cancel my membership. Btw the advertisement on the website said it was $1 to sign up yet I got charged $15. Thanks for helping me realize I don’t belong at planet fitness

This is by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly, helpful and hard working. Someone is always on the floor vacuuming, disinfecting, filling the hand sanitizers or assisting members. It truly is a “nonjudgmental” zone. People working out, everyone doing their own thing, no one “misbehaving”!

Love planet fitness. The fact they are so modern is beyond awesome. Although I almost never check in at night. One night on my way out someone was actually behind the desk. I asked if she wanted to check me in and she kind of had an attitude. Another time one of the employees were smoking on my way out.

Love this place. Well taken care of and nice people working there. Only thing I would improve is having circuit area used by only members doing the circuit. People just sit on the machine and text making the machine unusable. I don't mind people who take the circuit members into consideration and don't use machines that are next in order for those of us using the circuit as intended. Staff doesn't monitor users as the sign states.

Planet Fitness is amazing. The location at Meridian Mall is huge, clean, and well laid-out, with every kind of workout equipment you can imagine. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist. And all of this for just $10.00 a month! So it’s a great deal whether you go every day or just a few times a week.

Love this place. Staff are always super welcoming and Antone, the trainer, put me in a fantastic plan and educated me about what I was doing wrong.It's very clean and the machines are almost never broken. I go at 4 am, so I see the same 6 people and they are always chill. They give swag away a lot, which is just a little, but much appreciated, bonus.My only gripe is that they don't have any scales? Like I get that it's a judgement free zone, but it's also a gym, yo. Let me see my progress!! Not enough to knock off a star. I only give it 4 stars because the app logged me off one day and I haven't been able to get back into it. Sort of disappointing since I jotted my progress down in it and it allowed me not to go in without my keys.
