What an inconvenience this location is no longer open 24/7. They have lots of equipment and are squeaky clean. Being attached to the mall, you won't have to worry about finding a parking spot. Great gym, but they have lessened the open hours since I started going there.

I haven’t been able to get a good workout in since Haslett High School started using PF for their gym class. The gym will already be relatively crowded, and Bus loads of students will be dropped off all at once. Dropping off so many people at the gym at the same time means none of the equipment is available for the people who are actually paying. I will be looking for a new gym in the area.

The same empty can of Red Bull has been sitting in a weight room for over a WEEK. Other than that I have no complaints. They have numerous staff working but they all work the front desk while they are out of paper towels in the back.

Was trying to hit my PR for a deadlift form was a little off and had to set the lift down a little harder than normal. They did that alarm at me. For someone trying to get healthier and is still working on their form. It was the most embarrassing thing because everyone turned to look at me. I am not sure what "Judgement Free Zone" is. Will be canceling my membership and paying more for a real judgment free zone.

This is the only location outside of my home gym in Carol Stream that has an awesome open floor plan and that's saying something being I've been traveling coast to coast for work for over a decade. Have yet to see a broken machine at this location or even a dirty floor during a snowstorm. Keep up the good work guys!

Several machines and cables have been broken for over a month, staff doesn't seem to care. The hand sanitizer machines are rarely stocked which is not great news during a global pandemic. Machines and equipment are very dirty and in poor condition. Not even worth the low price

I loved that I was able to go in and workout without feeling looked down upon. Staff was very friendly, locker rooms were very clean. Bathrooms were clean as well! Just make sure to clean BEFORE AND AFTER use of equipment. You never know if the person before you wiped it down after use.

I have been a PF member since you came to Holt, MI. I moved to Haslett a year ago, and switched to the Okemos location. I am Black Card member, and I mainly use tanning equipment...when it is working! Tanning equipment seems to be down a lot, and yesterday I drove there to tan, ALL the tanning equipment is down! Maybe as Black Card members we should get a discount when we can't access all of these services. And to top things off, you can't call them to see if equipment is working. Why are things so difficult at this location?

I have gone there several times in the past two weeks and the tanning equipment was not working. I have tried to call but the phone number that is listed does not work so I have to drive almost 30 mins away because I don’t want to waste my time going to this location just to drive to the other side of lansing for a working tanning booth. Also, if you show up at 8:32 to tan before they close on the weekend you will be turned away bc they turn them off at 8:30. The booths are always dirty. Like you can clearly see others peoples tanning lotion on the handles and all over the inside. It wold be nice if they could provide a working number (I’ve even called other PFs to see if they were having phone issues…they didn’t know) and status of their unavailable equipment.

It's a great gym.there is enough equipment that there is always something open. Staff is friendly and tries to be helpful, even though most of the time they dont know what's going on, and your better off figuring things out on your own. But for the price, it's the best around.I do wish they would:- Get a second glute kick back machine (it's by far the most popular with women)- If someone isn't there for their scheduled time for the waterbed/massage chair, let someone else take it (last time the person who booked it before me never showed up and I still couldn't use the time slot even though I was next in line.)Just ideas. Overall, it's a good place. Relaxed atmosphere, clean, and best of all, affordable.
