My son goes regularly there, nearly every day to the branch which is located in Meridian mall, However, really he is enjoying his time there with a lot of training equipments, different machines, and friendly staff.

Incredibly rude and unreasonable management and staff. Think because they work for a large company they don't need to practice basic human decency.EDIT: So I reached out by email and told the owner my complaint since they commented on this review. Like I said they don't care. Just wanted to save face here. They made a big deal about a $5 charge they charged me the day the opened back up and refused to refund me. Don't support this gym.

I joined last fall so that I could work out with my friends. We were just three cool guys looking to get big together. Nothing weird. But then the pandemic hit and I had to cancel my membership. I felt like I sent my cancellation letter well before the end of the month, but they still charged me for the next month. Honestly, I don’t care as long as that money goes towards pizza Mondays. One of my biggest regrets in life is never experiencing a pizza Monday myself. My overall experience at this gym was good though painful. However, one time there was this bumbus who made us wait for a bench because she was using two benches for squats that she probably could have just done on the ground.

A fairly typical PF. We usually come between 6 and 7:30am and there are few people in. Guests are and employees have both been courteous. Cleaning and hygiene during COVID has been high quality.

Can’t really beat $10 a month. I usually see at least one staff member cleaning the place, which is okay, depending on how well they’re actually cleaning. The people who go there rarely clean things decently, though, which is kinda frustrating. I think that it’s decently likely that I’ll contract COVID by going there, so I usually go in the morning when it’s not too busy. All in all, there are a decent amount of elderly people who go there when I do, and if they’re not scared, why should I be? Staying healthy is probably the best way to beat covid, and I’m sure as heck that I won’t stay healthy by sitting on the couch when the snow starts flying.TL;DR: pretty good, but could be better.

For the past couple years I have been satisfied with PT. Recently, everyday that I have been tanning in the past couple months, including going in multiple beds, many bulbs have been out. The employees seem to know that they're out but yet nothing has changed within the last couple weeks. If anything, more bulbs just keep going out. If tanning is going to be advertised highly then the beds should be kept up.

I have recently started going to the gym. I chose planet fitness because of its review in google as well as it was the cheapest I could get. On the very first day I took suggestions from Jessica by appointment, she was quite friendly and helpful showing everything about the planet fitness. It helped me a lot as a starter. So far I am enjoying going there. Cheers!

Overall not a bad gym. Friendly workers and good equipment. However in order to cancel membership you must either do so in person at the gym you started your membership or send in a physical letter. No exceptions are made for COVID-19. That is incredibly unprofessional and only serves one purpose, to continue taking your money every month as long as they can.

I was having some billing issues after upgrading my membership to the black card. I asked numerous employees for help with no luck. Jensen was finally able to get things taken care of for me and I am so appreciative. She goes above and beyond for the people! I will keep coming back for the experience she provides!

This gym has a very friendly staff and I would like to personally thank them for working through the pandemic. This gym has a very safe mask policy and will always politely ask others to keep masks on correctly. Hours are fantastic but I’d love to find out what time they open Monday morning. Please become 24 hours week long :)
