Eos stole money out my account and tried to make me use the money they stole out my account for future services with there establishment I told them again I will fill a fraud lawsuit I was late on my 20 membership so they charged me 45 at 3am 3hours later they charge another 45 thinking I wasn't paying attention they apologies and told me spend the money we stole out your account with us for future services I told them this happen again I'm going file a lawsuit your taking peoples money and acting like it's a accident and trying to convince you to keep the money eos stole with them for future services.....been with eos for 3 years I hope eos can get back to being a honest company again if your going Thur the same thing leave a review please eos go back to not being a crooked establishment Las Vegas athletic club never did this but eos location are closer to me but if eos keeps accidentally stealing money from my account and trying to have me spend that money with them I'm falling in lawsuit I'm going back to Las Vegas athletic club because there are picking up shady ways of doing business now......Do better eos

We moved from California, I havent even stepped foot into the club, we were over charged, but refunded..then my 13 year old was denied entry, with his older brother, because he didnt have his own account. But according to our membership consultant, he would fall under my account. It's just been a mess, I had to disbute charges, left, and right, had to cancel my card to stop them from accessing my account. IM SO SORRY I EVER joined. Las Vegas has GOT to hv a better set up then this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My friend got a membership when she lived in Las Vegas and even after telling them she was moving states, they still charged her for months and months...... they assured her that her membership was canceled, yet her bank kept getting billed..... now, thousands of miles away, she's been trying to contact them about her "membership", and Jeff keeps stalling and/or not answering. This place is a joke and a scam. Don't waste your time or money!!!

DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.I moved away March 2nd 2023 and am still being charged for personal training after calling and asking them to cancel my membership (it is currently July20 2023) . I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve called at this point. I was told my membership was cancelled after proving I moved to a different state.Jeff has every excuse in the book as to why he can’t help me. (He can’t cancel it, he’s going to lunch, all of a sudden he needs an email after telling me a text message would be fine) the list goes on.At this point I think the Better Business Bureau needs to get involved. I’ve lost over $650 to this shady excuse of a company that makes it impossible to cancel your membership or just blatantly lies about doing so. I’m going to contact my lawyer ASAP and start pursuing legal action at this point.

While I initially intended to provide a detailed account of my negative experience, it appears that the other reviews have already covered the points I wished to raise. I strongly advise against engaging with the fitness manager, Jeff, to avoid the risk of falling victim to his scams.

Don’t use the personal training in the Sahara location the manager is a coked out nut job, who doesn’t do his job my dad had a heart condition pop up recently he went in he submitted his paper work to the manager who was supposed to stop the charges and said he would do it back in February. the charges still are coming thru because the coked out nut job who’s on roids is not doing his job, my dad was told he was getting refunded for the months that was charged since submitting the paper work and would take about 3 weeks it’s been over 3 months since the last complaint and no money got refunded and he is still getting charged. So my suggestion is don’t use it don’t even go there it’s a bad company I will make it known on Facebook and show the recordings of this guy telling my dad these lies about closing it and back paying plus the multiple phone recordings of my dad complaining about it and the managers ignoring it.

I like how there is a kids childcare when you want to exercise. There are other features as well. I feel motivated when I come here. Always packed. Parking lot is always packed when I come sundown. The bathrooms are okay. I wish people would be a little bit more clean when it comes to machines. I have to use my card to buy things. When I sometimes only have cash. I am taking full advantage of my black membership. Sometimes it stinks in there. Idk how it will be in the summer. I hope it won't be too hot or stinky. But we'll see. Everyone on the staff has been super helpful and friendly. I havent had any real complaints.Update: EOS did email me back saying they had updated everything when I was gone. When I sat back they had it updated and I was surprised. They do care about their business and people who work out there

I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up.Don't talk to Jeff. Just don't. Honestly don't even come to this location or any other EoS I reached out to Courtney who replies to these reviews and she just forwards it to Conner the district fitness manager. I have yet to get any reply I try to get a hold of Jeff but he is always busy and never returns calls.I hate this place with a passion now. I'll never sign up for another gym membership ever again thanks to the God awful experience here.

Update: still no response about trying to cancel my membership. Jeff Brown the branch manager is unresponsive and no care for is members. They are just $$ to hime. This whole gym system is a scam, they get you to sign up and you have absolutely no way to cancel. Do not step foot in here at all.Do not give this gym any money. They make it impossible to cancel your membership. Even when you move states where there is no EOS. Manager is not responsive, and since there is a 30 day cancellation notice it’s a constant circle.Plus the gym is always crowded.

Me and my son register to pt classes (big mistake) we took the first class which was sopouse to be $20 and we got canceled on the next 2 pt classes so I decide to cancel the pt classes send and email and got charge $156 went and talk to Jeff pt manager he said he canceled the pt classes and that I was getting my money back two weeks later I get another charge of $156 went and talk to Jeff again and he went to his computer “again “ and “cancelled “ my account but yesterday and today I have been charged on my bank of$56 I mean what do I have to do!!?? Im not sure if I should talk to a lawyer….. very disappointed..!!!!
