I am so happy I read reviews before signing up to this gym. I just can't believe it. Seems management needs to get it together and corporate needs to also step in. As a business you should also go off of these reviews. I see after every complaint EOS responds with contact them so they can try and help. News Flash!!!! Change how you do business, and don't let it get to a point of trying to help after the damage is done. I know I don't matter as one individual, but I am sure there are many more that read these reviews and feel the same way. My search continues. I don't want to be one of these unhappy customers. Get it together EOS!

I used to love going to this location, I just recently started going back and it just isn't the same. I was coerced into a personal trainer membership I was told was only $19 and to my surprise I started being charged $156 every other week. I told them I was on a budget and couldn't afford anything crazy. They assured me that it was only $19. Not to mention the personal trainer I had constantly canceled my appointments because of scheduling issues and only got 2 classes. I emailed the manager multiple times to get this billing issue figured out and I wouldn't get a response for days. When I would get a response, it was passing it off to someone else who basically told me I'm stuck in a 6 month contract, I didn't know that is what they signed me up for. I am now out a bunch of money because it seems like no one wants to help me. I can't cancel anything because of this personal training contract I didn't even want.

Update 11/1: I’ve been going to EOS for two weeks mostly at this location. Sahara is my favorite location. All of the employees are really pleasant. The kids club employees are so sweet and I love that each and everyone of them say to have a good workout. It is not like that at all the EOS’. I did Zumba with Chisa. She’s a great instructor like they all are. I love her esteem. She has a beautiful body and beautiful personality. She told me I did a good job when I exited her class. The class is fast paced but fun and colorful. I write these reviews to encourage people to try group fitness if they join EOS. It’s worth it. It’s always good when instructors know their stuff and enjoy what they do so much that’s it’s palpable. ❤️I like this gym as a whole! It’s a worthy investment of money for me. Today I did water fit with Tara. She’s an amazing and motivating instructor. Her class was filled with elders but it was fun to do water exercises with them all. I had a good time. Also shout out to the care workers in the kids club. You guys rock!

Used to be my favorite gym until the last few months. After returning to the gym in august I had to change my card information. Which they charged me a service fee with, no problem. Then the next month I was expecting the charge on the same card but saw nothing. When I went back in they said it was still charging my old card and that I had to change it again. When the worker put the service fee on I politely asked why I had to pay it again seeing as I just did last month but they didn’t keep the correct card on file. The women Ashley who helped me told me if I donated $5 to their charity promotion she would wave it for me. SHADY. But i agreed because i’d rather pay the $5 extra than another $25. I went home later and saw they still charged me $55. When i called the manager they told me they looked into it and we’re going to credit me back the amount to my EOS account. Then the next month comes around and they still charge me $25. I called yet again and when I asked to speak to the manager the associate on the phone told me “I can handle it for you no need for a manager”. After explaining the situation the call ended with him saying “I’ll send that over to my manager and they look into it” and just hung up before I could even ask when. Such shady employees and bad service. I am very sad to make this but it’s ridiculous. This was my favorite EOS location but now It makes me annoyed even thinking about it.

I simply love this place, my workout started 3 weeks ago and the staff Jeff and Mike are simply amazing. I have a personal trainer who keeps me motivated and accountable. If you are looking for a facility where cleanness is paramount and your fitness goals are key then please stop by and tell them James recommended you. Happy fitness

Editing my 5 stars to a one star. After being a member of this gym from several months now I was pressured into a personal trainer. Come in a week after to cancel and I'm told I'm SOL. I haven't had a class since the first week but rest assured they charged me 272$. I registered a complaint with the BBB complaint #17006945. I'm working with my bank to reverse the transaction as I told them not to charge my card. Be warned of high pressure sales by staff for personal trainers. Be warned of six month contract lock ins with little to no explanation of the procedures and policies. Edit 04/19/2022 Sean contacted me on behalf of eos and not only canceled the trainer he also refunded the extra payment. Sean/Shawn gets you four stars thank you shawn.

I repeated the first day to register, I do not need a coach to train, but they asked me 5 times. Be careful not to miss anything there.Most people do not have a towel to clean their body and practice sweating on all equipment.It should be told to people or a sign should be put up as a reminder.

This place is clean, and the service is done very well. I like the membership pass options they give. Cheaper than most places and you get more than what you pay for .

Clean,spacious and great customer service and most importantly lots of parking.Better than the one on Durango always so crowded there.I was just at this gym and I sew this trainer he's really good his name is Wallace I'm sure if I need to be trained I'll definitely look for him .

Good manager and good sales guy, Blake today good job shut out to all the people and all the employees. It’s a really small spot so I’d actually recommend the other one that’s more self but overall it’s really good and I enjoy. Thank you for the quick attention and for the quick solution and quick sign up, I really needed to be great and he nailed it right on the spot so I appreciate that and deafly he deserves some sort of acknowledgment inside because I know that not only as a manager he has a lot of bumping up to his latter but also a lot of responsibilities as well so shot out send some in management for Blake, making sure he’s alwaysReal with the people and the bridges like a sales guy that’s good. Also that Jim is kind of packed and went because it was this Monday and it was really full but at the same time I just appreciate everything and I think the attention and I think that Jay might think everything looked clean it looked fresh you were just a little bit small for my taste so we actually went for that one that was a little bit more down for a little bit more south which was the one in Sahara, I enter the pool and it was really really good so I really appreciate that. Really good or really good facility really good place and really good people as well, I definitely tested it out in the pool was in that field as everything else so since it’s a bigger facility or wasn’t as packed as the one that we signed up.
