Awesome non pretentious great place to work out. I love how everyone that works there makes you feel welcome. They encourage a non-judgmental environment where EVERYONE is welcome. And Body Combat is an amazing class!!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars, I’ve tried cancelling training my contract since January 1st. They have been charging me $88 biweekly still even after several emails to cancel. I’ve talked to Jeffery Brown at the Sahara location in Las Vegas NV multiple times about cancelling my training contract and membership. EOS IS A SCAM DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TRAINING. I’m absolutely livid about this. They take advantage of you and your money do not even bother spending your money on EOS.

just cancelled my membership, was going here for a few months. i asked one of the people at the front desk if they could show me how to use some of the equipment but then they went on about how i need a personal trainer for that. they went on and on about how i should sign up for a personal trainer and i told them i wasn't interested. a few days later, they end up texting me that i have a scheduled appointment to meet with a trainer to show me around the gym and that's when i told them off. i told them that i didn't agree with anything and that i refused to have a personal trainer with all the extreme fees that come with it. all of this because i simply asked someone at the front desk if there was someone that could show me how to use some of the equipment. thank goodness i wasn't charged or put in that 6 month contract or else they would've been in big trouble. glad i'm leaving. oh and btw, the women's bathroom/locker room smells horrendous, like all the time.

I went in to get free gym membership through my insurance, nothing else. The general manager talked me into getting personal training, he said I wouldn't be charged until the day of service, and was still charged immediately. I went in for one session, I found it unnecessarily expensive and the gym was packed, loud, and had not enough parking. I emailed the corporate email on the contract to cancel, they said I had to contact the gym directly. So I called the gym within the time frame to cancel my contract, talked directly to the manager, he understood and confirmed he'd cancel my contract. I said I wanted to cancel, he had me send him an email directly to have a paper trail, yet I still got charged for training a week later. Based on all the reviews, it seems like this is a scheme they pull frequently, I'm ashamed that I fell for it too. Beware! They will pressure you, lie to you, and take your money any way they can.Edit: I contacted the manager, he said my email was labeled as ”external” so it got automatically forwarded to the corporate office and he never saw it. He said he'll be putting the refund through. I'll change my review after the 2 weeks he said it'll take to get the refund posted.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the front desk associates are super chill during the night shift. However, the entire gym is covered in trash every day that I come, I literally do a full circle cleaning up everyone's empty water bottles and thrown paper towels scattered across the gym just to help out but this is getting ridiculous. Maintenance here is absolute trash. Dude can barely restock the paper towels, yet refuses to ACTUALLY clean the men's room or refill the hand soap. When you go to free weights/dumbbells, good luck finding any as everyone throws them across the gym and you gotta play find the weights, if you're lucky you'll find it after 30 mins of looking like an idiot walking around. Staff is super lazy obviously or more would be getting done. Sad part is, running a gym is incredibly easy, literally just clean and check people in, where most people scan themselves in so half the jobs done for them. Machines are constantly breaking because they're 10 years old and falling apart, takes 3 weeks to get anything repaired. Sauna only works when it wants to and that's if you're lucky enough to get to it before the staff locks the doors at night (24 hour gym, no reason to lock anything). Overall I can tell this EOS is slowly but surely falling downhill and as soon as Alta/Rainbow location has their sauna opened back up will be switching my daily training to there. Hopefully someone high up sees this review and many others like it and finally chooses to do something about this nonsense. We're adults, not children, act like one!!! Hopefully you guys get your stuff under control before LVAC takes even more of your business (their subscription is cheaper also)Thanks for the bad experience!

Don’t listen to a word the fitness manager, Jeffrey Brown says. If you don’t have the knowledge of how to go to the next level the personal training is good IF you have a good trainer. Take that knowledge and apply it when your on your own. Personal training is overpriced but the knowledge when it comes to working out is what kindve makes it with it. Equipment here is somewhat busted but this equipment is used constantly properly and improperly so the wear and tear is obvious.

Solid location and good equipment for a good price. Generally pretty clean as well. My history with EOS is up and down, but the current Fitness Manager does a good job trying to keep things running smoothly and the PT team seems pretty solid at this point. Only reason for 4 stars is because they're busy enough that the customer service isn't perfect. It was a little rough finding the right trainer for me and I was on two contracts for a little while because the cancellation policy wasn't well explained, but as soon as I brought it up it to them it was quickly addressed from there.

Shoutout to Jeff, Catherine, and Daniel on the personal training team! I’ve been made to feel valued and welcome here, genuinely taken care of by a staff that cares about my goals and pays attention to me like a real person. I feel safe to push myself and trust their advice. In the past I’ve had some bad gym experiences and bad training experiences, but my experience at this EŌS has been truly exceptional!

Update 12/24: still being charged. Went in to see Jeff the manager/trainer. He reassured us in mid Nov that all is taken care of. Nope, got charged for personal training the next week. Had to get the bank involved. They’re still trying to charge us gym membership that we asked them to cancel in Oct with this guy named Tim who was the operation assistant manager. Great business strategy here.Update 11/12: still being charged. They apparently didn’t cancel our membership despite reassuring us. This management is something special.Terrible management. The assistant manager said you can cancel the membership anytime. But when we went to cancel after 20 days, we said they would charge the annual fee because it takes 30 days to cancel. So even if you cancel on day 1, you’ll get smacked with the fee. We argued and the guy said he’d make sure we won’t be charged. No chance. Just saw $88 bill and $15 bill. Much higher we what we were told we’d be charged when we saw them for a cancellation fee. Be aware. They said the manager Jeff would call us. Never heard from them. This happened twice. They only are assertive when you’re new.
