Well run facility, staff is very friendly. Personal Trainers make you work hard. Been a member for years now and haven't thought about looking elsewhere.

Not a member. Just called as a guest had lost their keys. The keys had an EoS club tag on their keychain. The gentleman was very helpful. I have not been in that area yet to drop off the keys. If you are reading this and lost your keys, please comment on this post.

I should have read the reviews before I joined this gym. Personal trainer was great...but I was definitely lied to by the PT Manager at Sahara, to join....looks like their MO...and i was charged a car payment worth of gym fees, in the less than a month since i joined. Bank is involved.. I'm lodging a complaint. I'm furious!

Got a free 7 days pass. Had to wait 24 for a call to use it. I called this location if i can just come in without receiving the call yet, if not I’ll just pay for the membership right away. They said i can come in and they will help. I got there, explained the situation again. Got charged $35. I thought it was for the membership fee that i can use after 7 days. I got home checked my emails and saw my receipt from EOS saying that $35 charge was for 7 days pass. I called them, they said they dont do refunds. I dont want a refund, i asked if they can just use that $35 for my membership fee and I’ll pay the rest. They told me they can’t do that either but they we’ll give us (me and my friend) another week pass. I am not happy about it. $35 for 2 weeks is just not worth it. Please fix this.

This location is my favorite because of the abundance of equipment. It has more benches, squat racks and a bigger yard then other locations. The kids place also has a whole McDonald's like play place. HOWEVER the cleanliness is lacking. Especially in the bathrooms, sauna and pool. Sauna planks and pool floor have large black spots a grime all over . The bathroom drains smell awful and need to be cleaned, and better ventilation could benefit the place over all. If you aren't swimming or using the sauna this is the best EOS in my opinion.

Dishonest management is the bottom line up front. Expect to be charged hundreds of dollars more than what you’re told. And expect charges to continue after you leave membership, as well as your account being unfrozen when you’ve asked for a freeze period so they can charge you full price. As much as I want to believe that it’s simply because the management just does not have skill set required to manage properly, after phone call after phone call it seems that they’re intentional on not processing ending membership properly so charges continue. The parent company ABC and your bank will have to be involved to stop them. It’ll take months, too. ABC needs to step in and terminate the higher ups at this facility and make amends with affected customers before they get a fat class action lawsuit thrown their way.

My experiences with EOS has been up/down over the years. However, this specific EOS is hands down the best and improving daily. They have prioritized new hires and it shows, starting with their new management - Amanda and Brady. It’s clear to see that good leadership starts at the top and is contagious to all other employees. It’s also nice as a customer to be greeted from a professional staff, as well as, have a clean/well maintained gym. Keep up the good work!

The swimming pool is nicer than their other locations. Wish if they could put a clock on the other wall too, cos the one they have can't be seen when you are in the sauna! The shower area needs some attention. So does the toilets. As of the sauna it's very gross to see people come in with their dirty shoes!! So disgusting!!!
