Don’t let anyone talk to you about a “complementary” personal training session. You’ll get charged $88 a month for a personal trainer you never wanted. The manager supposedly changed my membership back to what it was originally. I just got charged $88 instead of $25. I’m out $280 in 3months. It’s a joke.

I’ve visited a myriad of fitness facilities throughout the country and recently stopped by EOS in Henderson for a workout. I was pleased with its appearance and the overall layout of equipment. However, as with any gym facility, one of the most important pieces of equipment is an automated external defibrillator (AED). These are normally affixed to a wall or similar type surface and are labeled accordingly. However, having the equipment is one thing knowing how to use it is another. With that said, I have a few question. where are these devices located in the gym and how many are there. What type of training have the trainers received in the use of this equipment other than the initial introduction. what type of on going training is administered and how often does that training occur. Other than the trainers and management are front desk personnel included in this training. Lastly, how often are these machines checked to ensure they are operational and ready for use should the need ever arise. These devices can save a life. So, the criticality of this topic is extremely important. I’m pleased to see that management replies to reviews/comments of members. So, I looked forward to your response.

The front staff is always so welcoming. I love the group classes. All of the instructors are amazing. There are so many classes to choose from. It does get busy and parking can be scarce but for the price, it's not that bad. And they're open 24 hours and lots of locations in Las vegas

I have been coming to this gym location for 2 years. While my experiences were fine thus far and had been striving to go 1-2 times a week, I recently had a falling out with a trainer and heard/experienced bigoted rhetoric and transphobia. The trainer continued the topic of misgendering a prolific social media celebrity and spouted very bigoted rhetoric to me even when I looked visibly uncomfortable with the interaction, and made me feel unsafe. It's astonishing to me that a place meant to help you build confidence and provide a safe and accepting environment had someone in their staff repeatedly tell a client they thought someone was mentally ill for being transgender and continue to push their reasonings on them unprompted. It's grossly unprofessional and does not promote inclusivity and open mindedness a work place should have. A few days later, I had contacted customer service via email about the situation including the date it happened and which location, and got an automatic reply email saying I would receive a reply within 24-48 hours. I received no reply and they quickly dismissed the remainder of my contract without notice or any updates to the situation, so I understand that staff had read my email, but just did not want to actually confront me over what happened or how it had made me feel, or if this trainer received any discussions in regards to the interaction. This left me feeling as if the situation had been swept under the rug. I have not gone back to this location in almost a month because of what happened. I do not plan to continue a trainer contract. I'm unsure if I plan on returning to this location eventually, find a different one, or quit the membership altogether if the corporation as a whole is represented like this.

I really don't recommend Eos to anyone. Going in there feels like going to a used car lot. My husband and I were harassed constantly about getting training or, after we signed up, getting more training. My husband was told that since I was already in training he could get training for less money and cancel at anytime. He decided to cancel and was then told that he has a 6/mo contract. We have spent over $1000 on training he will never use. And now that the 6 months has finally passed, it's impossible to cancel. At this point I will have to contact the Better Business Bureau and either cancel my account with the bank and get a new card, or, get a lawyer just to get them to stop charging us for something we aren't using. Save yourself the headache and don't bother going in there at all.

The GM Brady is unwelcoming, aggressive and just flat out rude. I’ll never forget my first experience their with him. He truly doesn’t deserve that position. Not to mention this place makes it extremely hard to cancel your membership. This place would get a 3-star if it wasn’t for their awful GM Brady. Some of the employees were ok and pretty nice. The only issue I have is with the boss. He needs a check up from the neck up!

It is so sad that the gym I have been going to for years have finally scammed me!! Do not go to this gym!!! They say you will get a free session, and that free session becomes $19 and then they make you sign the pad without telling you, showing you that it’s a contract you are signing. I’ve been reading all these reviews and it seems they have been scamming people a lot of people. The fitness manager Jeffrey lied and scammed me of $1891. I tried calling as I was told to deal with the gym directly and would not pass it to the manager. Told me to call back and it has been hours. I have been attempting multiple call attempts and still nothing. When told to email to cancel, you will only get an automated reply from ABC financing. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!! EOS fitness does not care about your health, they only care about money!!!

Front desk staff has been better than ever. Very friendly, playful & always remember my daughter by name. She loves going to the kids daycare & the staffing is wonderful as well. Very friendly. Environment I love! It’s CLEAN! Personal trainers are always smiling and eager to help members if they see someone that looks in need of assistance. Lastly, not only do they greet you coming in but always have something nice to say on our way out.

I stopped in for a day pass while I was on vacation and was blown away by the amount of care and ownership the staff took of the facility. Manger Amanda Nicole Siena went out of her way to make it an exceptional experience! 10/10 recommend! If I lived in the state I would have a membership! Nice work 👌🏼 …
