0 Stars if I could. Like many others I’ve canceled my membership they’ve taken the last month dues and yet I’m still getting calls about overdue membership fees. I’ve been back in person 3 separate times showed that I’ve paid and have been told “they can’t see it in their end” Went back in person today 12/19 and was once again told it has been taken care of and will receive a confirmation call on 12/21 to verify. Well I’ve been given this line before, never received calls the previous times and always have to go back in person. What a nightmare and terrible customer service experience.

I’m about to cancel my membership because they can’t get the floor in the large room fixed. I’ve said something to the manager 3 times. During Zumba it gets so slippery it’s dangerous. I’ve seen people fall and everyone gets paper towels to wipe up the floor to no avail. Today Daniel (the awesome instructor) nearly slipped. Today I walked out because it was too dangerous. Seriously Crunch - get your act together. Fix the floor condensation issue.

I went to this gym last night 1/25 excited to get back to the gym and be able to work out, but when I arrived literally no one was wearing a mask. Not even the young girl with the blonde pony tail at the front, sad to see that not only are they not enforcing mask wearing, even their own employees don’t wear them. Would’ve loved to be able to hit the gym, but saying as I value my own safety and don’t wanna walk into corona central, I will not be returning.

Absolutely horrible company. They do not respond to emails and have their phones set up not to take calls. I have been working to cancel my membership since the beginning of January with zero success. Crunch does not even have a corporate office to govern their locations. All they can do is take your money and tell you to contact the local gym. This gym runs a scam and needs to do some serious fixing ASAP.

Loud music, wifi never works, always crowded. Can't understand why the music is so loud, since everyone brings their own headphones. I tried that and can barely hear my own music. Have asked several times and the say they can't turn it down. Really? Too bad because the equipment is better than most competitors. I won't be renewing.Edit 1-2-21 The manager did reach out to me because of my review so kudos for that. Maybe they will do something about the volume, but I didn't follow up since I will be going elsewhere for some of the reasons stated.

I started my membership at their gym for about 1 month, then froze my account for 1 month, I thought that every activities will be postponed and that was what they told me. But guess what, the yearly fee still comes on time, not be postponed for the month that I froze account. Talked over the phone with the manager for about an hour, he cut me off several times, he said he got my feelings yet tried to charge the yearly fee, they wanted to charge me 3 months and the yearly fee. Their policy is paying yearly fee after 2 months from start and cancellation is 30 days prior to when u want to cancel. That means, when u signed up for this gym membership, u gotta pay for first month, and even u cancel immediately the day after, the cancellation date would be the end of the second month because of the 30-day cancellation policy, u will be charged for second month and the yearly fee no matter that u only went to the gym for 1 day and cancel membership. Just a heads-up for anyone trying to sign up for this.

I LOVE CRUNCH! Signed up with Tatiana who is a gem, no pressure just super positive! She even gives you suggestions on which weights to use and always wears a huge smile! I love the League City staff, the blonde manager is super cool also, it's just a great vibe all around! I love the app it's super easy and helps me keep track of my progress and gym accountability!

I do have a question. while I love the gym. It is my getaway from work, from all the craziness in the world. But, when I look at the TVs and the locker room it's always Fox news.. I would prefer no news instead of that or an alternative. It just created unnecessary comments from fellow gym members that maybe your diverse clientele would not want to listen to.

It's pretty busy, but everyone seems to work together toward the common goal of the gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Equipment is nice and clean. Classes are amazing. Memberships are affordable. The app is super helpful. I only wish there were more Houston locations.

Really like this gym. I like that you aren’t forced to wear a mask. They take your temp, and that’s good enough. I can’t imagine anyone that’s actually sick with corona would come to the gym to workout. The studies were released stated that anyone that had corona, but had no symptoms of it could not pass it along. Therefore no need to wear a mask if you have no symptoms of it. It’s a little too crowded. That’s my only issue. I wish they had a few more machines. But other than that I love the layout, the sauna and spray tanning. My only request is to add childcare. That would be a huge advantage since most gyms around here don’t offer that, or if they do it’s super expensive.
