Only went once since they opened and charged me $320 despite COVID-19. Wish they could credit me back something I never received. Its so sad whenever you call and email them and they wont answer but when they call you back its about updating your account so they can continue to charge. Ive been trying to cancel since March since I moved to Houston. Its abuse and robbery. I would suggest any gym over this one!

Terrible customer service. Did not want to register and sent customer away. I went there on 2/18/2020 at 910am. I have active and fit direct membership from my work and crunch is in network. The white lady at the front desk didn’t know how to register me in the system. She said I needed a different ID than the one from active and fit direct gave me. So I told her I asked them ahead of time and they said that ID is all need. I asked her to call them to show her how to register. But she said no YOU will have to call. I spent 45 mins on the phone with them just to find out that I don’t need another ID. She simply didn’t know how to do her job. She could have asked another team member or her manager for help. Instead of helping a customer, she took her time to chat with another coworkerIf you have the same program, don’t come here. It’s sad that they invested the entire new gym but failed to train/hire qualified employees

0 Stars if possible.Misleading or straight lying about the membership until you sign up. They said no cancellation fee or any other fee other than the membership. Had the membership for a week and went to cancel, they want to charge for two months in addition to an annual membership fee. A total of $70 for 1 week. I told the manager I am willing to pay for 2 months ($21), he said you signed on it even though they do not let me see any of the terms when I got the membership. They will rush you through signing without giving you anything to read or explaining. Make sure you get a printed copy of what they want you to sign.

Absolutely love the gym! Handled the pandemic better than every other gym I’ve been to. Literal only issue for me is that is so cold in there everytime I go at night I feel like I have to wear a jacket to break a tiny sweat. Even the front desk guy has to wear a jacket just to check people in. Besides the temperature being below freezing I absolutely love this place lol.

I signed up for a membership before the grand opening. Initially I was excited about joining. Earlier this month, I decided that I was going to tour the property before going home. It wasn't the friendliest welcome. I felt like I was out of place. The employees at the front desk finished their conversation before even acknowledging me. Finally, when I was acknowledged, I asked for a tour. There were 2 guys going back and forth about who was going to give me the tour. The new guy was forced to give me a tour. He didn't introduce himself, but just stated that it was his first day and that he was going to do the best he could. To be honest, I'm not even disappointed with him. I'm disappointed with his superiors. That's a management and training issue. Another issue is that my contract stated that I will be billed on the 1st of each month. When I called to cancel my membership, I was told that a payment will be taken out tomorrow, which is the 19th instead of the 1st. The phone call with Crunch Fitness today led me to leave this review.

Super cheap and you don’t have to pay the entire enrollment fee upfront. Unlike Planet Fitness, they have punching bags and a sauna included with the basic $10/month plan. The staff is friendly too. My only complaint is how busy it is all the time.

I thought it was going to be a great place to be from my one day pass but as soon as I paid the membership I realized how unprofessional this place was. We are going through a pandemic and they run out of napkins to clean so I'm there for 30 and I see no one cleaning equipment i had to use my sweat rag before I used it to clean my machines I used. They were even rude when I went to get my card to join I did it online and she makes it seem like I was bothering her and didn't get my free shirt. They tell me I still have to pay another month even though I don't even feel safe enough to be there.

Have truly enjoyed my time at this gym so far. There are, obviously, some hiccups that come along with opening any business brand new and they are working on them. I think they will get it fixed no problem and everything will be great.Robert and Melanie are an absolute blessing to this place! They make me feel welcomed and like I am part of the family every time they see me. Their friendliness is what really made me decide this is the location for me.

I signed up in June of this year and in August I found out that I was being transferred out of state. I went in to cancel my membership and they only charged me one month's fee for the two months I was a member, as well as waived the yearly $43 fee. Every employee was very polite and sympathetic to.my situation. The manager, Phillip, waived that yearly fee for me.I wish I could move this gym and these employees with me. Its always clean, the equipment is top knotch and always well maintained, and the staff is awesome. Would recommend to anyone.

I have worked out at Gyms all over Texas, and I have never met a manager more friendly and competent than Jackie Mendoza. I first met her at Gold's Gym in Waco TX. When she left to manage Crunch, I went to Crunch as well because she was always so wonderful to me and everyone else at Gold's. She proceeded to manage the most successful and nicest gym in all of Waco. Not only was it much cheaper than Gold's, 24 Hour Fitness, or Lifetime Fitness, but the facilities were far superior and it also provided a bunch of additional free services like group classes, bed tanning, and spray tanning (if your willing to pay 30 per month instead of the basic 10 per month). After starting that gym and making it into a huge success, Jackie moved to League City to open a new branch. Luckily, my job brought me into the area at about the same time. I can't wait till it opens at the beginning of November! The kickoff party on Nov. 7th should be fun!
