This gym is actually a really good gym. Machines are always clean as well as the whole gym in general. Staff has always been super nice and accommodating. I think for the pricecI pay it's definitely worth the money. The only really inconvenient thing that has happened is the drinking fountains has been broke for like 2 weeks so there is no water unless you buy it which is ridiculous in a gym. Love the place and will continue to spend my money here.

Went in there looking to compare gym memberships and prices, and we signed up.

The gym itself was good for the price. The locker rooms started to get dirty towards the end of me using the gym. Which is my main complaint about Crunch. Maybe it's the typical gym experience but aside from annual fees they don't tell you about or cancellation policies, I tried to contact them in August through their website the way they asked. I was contacting them about cancellation. I heard nothing for a month and noticed my account got charged. Go in, because they won't talk accounts over the phone, to find out they never got my message through their preferred method and I'm just out of luck. They tried to rectify it by not charging me a cancellation fee they of course never mention. Then another month passes and I get charged. Of course they conveniently still can't find my original request to cancel. So I'm out $50 now and will not be returning to Crunch. My advice is make sure you understand what you are signing up for. Then watch like a dog so they don't continue to charge you extra.

Very nice gym. The people are friendly and the place is brand new.One problem is the no kids policy. Took my kids (5 and 8) and they sat quietly on the couches playing their video games. While working out a few feet away from the kids, the closest possible machine to the couches, the manager kindly explained the kids could not be there because they were unsupervised. I get it, there are unruly kids out there and other parents may leave their little “angels” running and screaming all over the place, but I wish they would live up to their mantra - “no judgement” for parents trying to get in a quick workout. My kids were sitting quietly for 30 minutes and never made a peep. Manager was very sweet about the situation, but the rule is very restrictive to say the least. Just have to workout in shifts between me and my spouse, which will triple the time needed by going back and forth in the horrible League City construction zone.

Went in yesterday to test out the gym. I was charged $10 for a one-day pass to try it out. Told my friend how it went because they tried it out earlier yesterday. They said they weren't charged which was surprising. I called to ask if I could get credit for what I just paid yesterday because I wanted to join. The girl I spoke too was annoyed, said yes and gave me a discount code then hung up on. Thanks for the code but I'll go elsewhere.

Went today to register and absolutely no guidance was given. I am old school and had figured out how to use the machines. One female staff I asked her can she show me the circuit training area and she said the machines in Orange but kind of rude like she didn’t wanted to be there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the staff not giving advice on work out or guidance. I will try one more time and if the same attitude will cancel my membership.

I definitely enjoy my workouts here. The front desk personnel is so sweet and polite. There is a variety of equipment. I only pay for the equipment membership, which is well worth the price, so I cannot comment on the classes.

I just had my walk through and I am really excited to join. Shannon did an excellent job with the tour. She was very personable and knowledgeable of what is offered at the Crunch. Can’t wait to get back in the game!!

This gym has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have emailed them multiple times over the past 2 weeks about a payment that was not supposed to be charged to my card and my emails have been ignored. They are still charging people monthly dues even though the gym is closed and are being entirely inconsiderate about people’s financial needs during this time.
