Milian was extremely helpful and informative signing me up for my membership. Every time I see her she has a welcoming smile on her face and makes everyone feel included and welcome :)

Iāve been a member at this gym for a year now & EVERY interaction with Milian has been unpleasant!!! Today I wanted to do a full body evaluation just see where Iām at from last year. I walked to the desk and her greeting was a head nod and says whatās upā¦.. not Hello, how can I help you, not did you need assistance with something it was just as expected from her. Dismissive and rude!!! She literally needs some customer service training!!

Ive been coming here for probably about 2 years and there have been very few employees that are 1. helpful or 2. welcoming.2 of those employees have since then moved onto other jobs which is sad but its life right? Today the only employees that seem to WANT to be there are Milian and Malorie. Both sweet and full of energy :) Milian has gone from the quiet new girl to someone I enjoy seeing every time I walk in, always updating me on the renovation status and just there for fun conversation!! Malorie is the newest one I have had the opportunity to meet and she is definitely one to look for when visiting!LOVE LOVE LOVE šš»Another point :) Love that they seem to be the only two that say welcome or have a good day anyways? Not even managers or HIGHER ups say much. Seems fishyyy

By Far the best gym in the area! Now that the roads are almost back to normal and the amount of equipment increased significantly, no need to go elsewhere. All the equipment is well maintained and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Nice gym. Nice staff. Missing a few of my favorite pieces of equipment. They are expanding so the construction is annoying but the results could make this a 5 star review. We shall see.
