24 Hour Fitness

I’ve been going to this 24hr for the past 6months and the cleaning has always been subpar, but recently a new employee (JACOBIE) has taken matters into his hands and absolutely changed how the place looks. You’d be surprised how different the gym looks and feels when it’s properly cleaned. Especially the locker/bathrooms they used to be the dirtiest part of the gym but jacobie takes the time to keep them clean. He’s definitely in need of a raise for the work he does.

Very nice club. Staff were very friendly and professional. Some of the recumbent bikes need some maintenance.... Loose pedals, grinding while pedaling but were usable.Definitely a club i would recommend and use again when in the area.

I really enjoy going to this gym when I'm on this side of the metroplex, it's big, clean, nice staff. I wish that the other 24 hour fitness gyms were this clean and nice but they aren't all unfortunately.

Came to use a guest pass. Person at the front didn't know how to print it out, and I was given the option of buying a $25 day pass or signing up to a gym I know nothing about. Lost my business.

Tons of machines BUT 0 CLEANING STAFF, I left a bottle cap on a specific tile by a toilet in the restroom and it was there for 5 days in a row. Jails may get cleaned more often.

Not the cleanest place but this gym has a lap pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub for $25/month, which is a much better deal than LA Fitness. The other downside to 24 Hour is the lack of locations in the area.

Great gym, they take care of their racquetball courts like replacing all the old lightning! Sophia is also the best, she's been so helpful and responsive with my gym renewals!

I called in on 10/03/2022 at 10:35 PM and whoever answered the phone was the most disrespectful and worthless human being I could have dealt with. I've worked for the company for years and tried to explained I would have several memberships and there was a specific member ID id like him to look up and he kept ignoring me and asking every other question but addressing that. After not answering my questions he asked me if I would like to "re-up" and through my frustration I sarcastically told him, "No I'm just calling in to waste my time because I'm bored." He continued to not respond then hung up. If this is the type of person 24 has begun to hire then I have zero interest in working out with such stupidity.

This place does not care about it's clients or potential clients at all, all they care about is making money. My husband and I wanted to use a trial pass to see if we liked the gym and before we committed to a year membership and we did it all online and when we drove to the gym they would't let us use it. We then asked if we could just walk around to check out the gym and they said we had to pay $25 for a day pass. I have heard stories about how bad this gym is but because of the convenience of the location decided to give it a try but I will drive twice as far and pay double for any gym besides them because of how rude and poorly they treat people.

I LOVE 24 hr Fitness!! Came to his location while visiting Dallas and I enjoyed my time there especially with the amenities like the sauna, whirlpool (hot tub), pool, and steam rooms.
