What a nice facility. It is wave lengths ahead of some other 24 hour facilities. Very clean and nice equipment. I travel all over Dallas for work and I love when I get the chance to stop in this location for a routine. Great staff, clean members, and nice updated equipment. Can’t beat that!

Fantastic facility. Has 6 squat racks, 3 flag benches, round plates for deadlifts.

It's a good, full-service gym with lots of machines, pool, sauna, daycare, etc. They even have two racquetball courts, but I haven't checked them out, yet. They just closed the entire pool area on June 16th until mid-July 2017, which is a bummer.

Good equipment with little effort made by staff or clients to rack weights properly. They do keep the general area clean. Have fun digging that 10lb plate out from under a 35 and a 45 though. Don't like that they have group training that gets priority on equipment even before the class starts.

Honestly we go here for my daughter. She attends the Safe Swim program that they have. I can't really comment on the gym other than to say the parts I have seen are clean. The machines never look to be full. Everyone seems to have a good workout.

I visit this location 4-5 times a week consistently over the last year or so. It gets crowded around the busy times (Monday evenings, etc), but that is to be expected at any decent gym. Great equipment and clean facilities, with a newly refloored basketball court. I recently visited the Frisco location on Preston and the one off Park in Plano for a change of scenery and they don't even compare to the quality of this one. Courteous staff with trainers who seem to know what they're doing. The one knock I would give this place is that there is no wifi, which makes music streaming really difficult during busy times. In comparison with other gyms around, 24 hour Castle Hills sets the standard.

I go to this gym a couple times a week because its so bright, clean and inviting. This is probably the 'prettiest' and cleanest 24 Fitness gym in the area.* I like the cardio layout and types of machines. However, the cardio equipment is getting older so some it is broken or doesn't work correctly which is a problem when the club is busy. Example: Several elipticals do no incline correctly and there's always a couple treadmills out of service* The locker room is well maintained and the staff does a good job keeping up with the towel service. I've been in other SUPER SPORTS where the towels are always out and strewn all over the locker room* On the gym floor I like the trainer area and weight area as their utilize the space well. And.... the club finally got a plate loaded leg press machine along with the other 'pretty' leg machines that are not made for anyone that works legs hard. However,,,, for leg day I always go to Carrollton which has the BEST leg equipment to destroy your legsAll in all this is a pretty great gym that puts you in the right mood for a good workout.

Equipment is extremely clean and very well kept. I can get to a station and use it like 90% of the time. Wonderful gym and a great place to work out at. Membership fee isn't the lowest but it's totally worth it

It's just ok now...It used to be really nice, but the upkeep is pretty poor. Staff is nice, facility is nice and it's big. Not the cleanest, but that's partly because the people who are members are pigs. I've never been to a gym where people just throw clumps of hair into the shower and leave it, then just throw their towels on the floor for someone to pick up. It's not a bunch of teenagers, either. I've never lived on other countries, but maybe it's a cultural thing. Might make me change locations to one without a towel service tho. Towel service is an awesome thing, but people are not.

When their equipment breaks. They don't fix it for months. Currently their dryer is broken so their isn't any towel service. How come their payment system never breaks??? They should call it: 24 hour fitness super short. Cus they always trying to short you.
