Employees trick you with fake prices and then overcharge you. Tried to contact manager to solve the issue, but he is so useless that never responds.

We had a great experience signing up on a 1 year plan. Caleb was excellent with his customer service. He was very helpful and the process was very smooth.

Joined 3 weeks ago , equipment broken on my first visit still not fixed. One of the glute bridge machines not working now , as well as the hip abduction / adduction machines has been broken the entire time I’ve been going , as well as 3 other pieces. It shouldn’t take a month to get things repaired. I’ve gone to others where it’s fixed weekly or at least bi-weekly. Bugs literally crawled on my hand lastnight ! DISGUSTING ! Never CLEAN ! I’ve gone at sporadic times and never clean, infact I’ve never seen a trash not overflowing. I know for a fact they don’t take it out daily and just leave it like that because the ghost cans never moved that were stacked on top of each other. The Icing on the cake was lastnight the women’s locker room straight up smelled like weed ! Cannot wait for another gym with 24 hour operating to open nearby. The lady who works the desk at night is very kind though.

This used to be a really nice gym! They no longer regularly clean the bathrooms, and a bunch of the equipment has been out of order for quite some time! With so many pieces of equipment not working, always a long wait for a machine!

The gym is pretty gross. The employees seem to have more of a priority on their conversations rather than doing their job and keeping the clean. People don’t re-rack their weights here, they allow kids to horseplay in the free weight areas. During peak hours you have to wait in line for equipment, high recommend not coming here.
