Good employees but it is a 50/50 chance that the pool, sauna, steam, whirlpool, and showers are operating. Don’t join here if you want to consistently use those facilities. Will be late to work today because the showers are out AGAIN

This place is overly DISGUSTING! It’s a large facility, with various equipment and amenities. They lack in cleaning protocols, all the equipment is sticky or extremely dirty, and their sanitation bottles are always empty. I have learned to only use the weights and equipments. Their amenities (pool, restrooms and sauna) are poorly kept. If you can afford Lifetime Fitness in Plano, you’d be better off going there! High chance of catching a staph infection here

Negative reviews sound like people with way too high of expectations. It’s a gym, not a hospital. Of course it’s gonna be a bit dirty.I will also say that I’ve seen cleaning crews working every time I’ve been in, ever since I started my membership (bout 8 times in two weeks now). Staff is always nice, helpful when needed.One of each machine is a little tough to work with (so I’m reserving a star in case they decide to get more equipment) but for the price per month (amenities considered) it’s absolutely worth it.

LITERALLY the filthiest gym ever ! Wish I never paid for a year membership at once because this place is insanely filthy! The equipment is old AND raggedy! Half the machines are rusted and they do not keep up with the facility.The sides of the machines are filled with dirt, dust and God knows what! They have a morning cleaning crew but they literally do nothing but wait until youre using something and then come spray chemicals by you and “wipe down”! I wouldn’t use the showers or jacuzzi if you paid me to and the locker rooms are disgusting!The weighted section Have a very weird smell and whenever I leave I have to make sure I immediately get out of my clothes. They need to shut down for a few days and clean this place up. Oh and almost no one wipes down anything they use so be sure you do!

I’d like to add to the reviews talking about how uncleanly this facility is. I decided to join back about a month ago so that I could start swimming laps, but I have been incredibly disappointed at how disgusting the pool area is. Mold is growing all around the pool and jacuzzi. The pool itself gets really dirty as well. I emailed corporate about it but still haven’t heard anything back. Super disappointing as I used to love coming here!

Cable machines have been broken for weeks, urinals have been busted and leaking dirty water on the floor since pre-Covid. This gym can do better.

Super spreader gym. The management doesnt seem to care, the staff has tried to get the people in the gym to wear masks but without management support, its hard to do. When you are bankrupt I guess it doesnt really matter. If you are looking to get covid, I highly recommend this place. Its a health club without the "health" part of the club.

Love this place! Staff is friendly and on top of things. The front desk always greets me by name and tells me to have a great day when I leave the facility. They stay on top of cleaning and have plenty of cleaning supplies around the club. This place is a great place to workout. I dropped my phone in a machine and they took it apart to make sure I got it back that’s true customer service.

Such a arrogant behavior from the person named Tony.My friend has 24hr fitness membership and she was told by a front desk person that one guest is allowed for one time on courtesy policy .Based on that conversation ,I and my friend stepped in to gym as I was visiting my friend from other city.When we said the same conversation to Tony, he told us guest policy doesn’t exist and I should pay.Why would I pay for one day when guest policy exist.He is not even listening and saying us that guest policy doesn’t exist at this location and specially today as he was told by management , which is very weird and how rules change on dialy basis.I have even showed him 3 day guest pass by registering with my email and he was so meann to even look or try to understand what we are saying It’s sunday and gym isn’t even full.Well, try to give correct information from now,so people don’t waste their time.

ONE HOUR IS NOT LONG ENOUGH!!! Yeah I understand the situation but man, you close my location and have me drive out my way for one hour of musical chairs, fitness edition.. Everybody scrambling for the same equipment til we give up and go home because our time ran out. Texas Family Fit, 4 min from the house, starting to look really good right about now..
