I'm down 30lbs since joining, everyone has been wonderful and even though I have had some aches and pains in my knee the coaches always have suggestions to help me finish my workout.

OrangeTheory--I had always been curious and heard how it’s such a great workout. Here I am 9 months later as an OrangeTheory regular, and I’ve hit my fitness goals which leave me with setting new ones! My very first class I remember telling myself that I will give it a go and think on it before committing to a membership. Well, that didn't last long because right after my class I knew I wanted to be a part of this community and continue my fitness journey. After about 5 months I was so proud of myself and the progress I made. Now at 9 months I’m just amazed at where I am. I never thought I’d hit the weight goal I set for myself year after year, fast forward to 2023 and I'm in the best shape of my life at 29 years old. The people that go are dedicated, motivated, and encouraging. It’s a community of likeminded people. I love the intensity, the group exercises (reminds me of being on a team from playing sports growing up), and that the workouts are accessible to anyone! Accommodations are always presented which helps me because I struggle with hip dysplasia. I love the coaches at my OrangeTheory location!!! They have the best playlists, they make connections with each individual, and they’ve helped me reach my fitness goals. If you are looking for a challenge, a community dedicated to their health, a space to begin or continue your fitness journey-- OrangeTheory is the place to be (specifically Castle Hills,TX location).

OTF is the best workout place among the rest. A discipline way of doing exercise with change of program to achieve goals quickly. I can give 100 out of 100. It's for every body type. I love various workout programs, to achieve the goal.

Probably one of the best things I’ve ever done was to try OT out.I LOVE the work outs. It’s challenging , I’m not going to lie, but if you want to have accountability in your work outs this will definitely help. Month and a half in and can’t believe the difference it’s made in my life. I look forward to every work out.The staff and coach are extremely nice and helpful, which eventually you end up feeling like part of a family. Thank you Orangetheory!
