Great place to exercise for an affordable price. Nevertheless I miss having some classes (body combat or bike). I would prefer to pay a little bit more and have that included.

Nice people an convenient location while traveling, they stay pretty busy it seem but there's always an available machine to use. No complaints 🤙 …

Today, my husband and I went into planet fitness with the intention’s of having a wonderful workout however; those plans were abruptly interrupted when employee Thomas was extremely disrespectful when I had questions about their mask policy, and after answering my questions about their mask policy being sarcastic and obnoxious, I asked my husband to please just check us in so we can go on about our business, and Thomas responded with “ yea good please hurry up”.When I asserted how disrespectful that comment was and he continued with his sarcasm, I then asked for the manager he responded with “ I am the manager” and I knew that was a lie, so I asked for corporates number, he wrote a number down, and I asked him to also write his name and he responded with “ sure, I’ll put it in bold letters if you’d like”.I was extremely disappointed with my visit at this location; as I’ve gone before and NEVER had an experience such as this one today.

It wasn't too big. I'm a member at LA Fitness so I guess I wasn't expecting the most. I just needed a place to work out. But I was the tiniest bit disappointed they didnt have a lot of the machines I was looking for. BUT improvising made it worthwhile

Establishment is nice and clean, machines are marked for social distancing and I recommend taking the classes to be trained on the machines! Excellent staff and gym. Happy I made the choice to join.

The gym itself is great. It’s the front staff that is my concern. They act like they get an attitude when you ask for a tanning bed or ask them to turn on the massage bed. Makes me feel very uncomfortable and I’m thinking about canceling my membership because of it. I’ve sat back and waited and watched them laugh at people who ask for beds after walking off etc. it’s really sickening. It’s mostly the older white woman with glasses and the taller younger black kid.

Stopped to use bathroom and shower. Staff would not let me in due to my membership not being a black card. So I wished to pay for one and they were confused of how. Once in the bathroom the toilets were not flushed and once in the shower I found the shower had been vandalized and wasn't even usable ..and to think I had to upgrade to get in! All while having to use the bathroom!!! Maybe if the help actually did something other than sit in the fishtank and play with bouncy balls, THIS WOULDN'T HAPPEN

Very friendly and helpful staff! The facility is not nearly as nice, clean and we'll maintained as other planet fitness gyms.The showers and dressing rooms are marginal. Needs an update and make over in this area of the gym.

Clean. Not packed. Great customer service. Relaxing environment. Nice personal trainer who answered all my questions.

puzzling approach to business, discriminating those who get hot inside of a so called fitness center. I am talking about wearing a vest, or a 'tank top' why put up a sign which says no tank tops? how ridiculous that you must suffer wearing long sleeves.
