contacted them to cancel my membership and never heard back. i don’t plan on coming to a gym in the middle of a pandemic and they have been automatically taking payments from my account after i’ve tried to cancel multiple times.

Locker rooms always clean. Staff helpful. Pretty busy in the evenings but enough equipment that we don't just stand around waiting for a machine

I was visiting from out of state and this planet fitness is alot bigger then mine back home. But lots of the attachments to the macinnes were worn hard and needed to be replaced.

Been going here for over 5 years. I have the Black Card membership. It's nice to tan and have discounts in top of 24/7 open hours.

Staff 3 star, Size of Facility small, and why don't you use sanitizer in your bottles? It's just water, but nasty, I'll cheap in $5 for a Sams/Costco run.

Great place to work out, conveniently located within a few minutes drive of my home. Open 24/7. They do close for some Holidays(Thanksgiving, Christmas) But they normally post info regarding closures on the door prior to the holiday.

Friendly staff and a great place to get a good workout. It's never busy when I'm in there a little after midnight. Definitely worth the membership price.

Extremely disappointed with Planet Fitness!! Me and my spouse just cancelled our membership. One major issue though. We have automatic payments and they still charge us for a late fee after taking the membership payment. We apparently have to pay them to cancel our membership.

Well where do I start. I have been to Planet Fitnesses located all up and down the East Coast I am a valued black card member since 2011. I have never been to a club that has such sorry maintenance or their equipment. For starters can you please replace the neck cushions they are falling apart and some taped up. I cannot do the exercises I need to because the bar is hurting my neck. Also the AB area has a machine that the arm rest are taped up too over and over again just replace it already. The cracks hurts my skin if I don’t wear long sleeves. Lynchburg’s looks horrible I have never been to a PF that taped up anything and continued to use it until it fell apart. I brought the matter to the GM she didn’t seem concerned and blamed her RM for not replacing it. Something needs to be done.. The industry isn’t broke how much does it really cost . I have photos also. I wish it was another PF close by maybe a different franchise.
