New location is AWESOME! The place looks great. The facility and all equipment are brand new and the place is huge. I felt safe entering early morning after night shift. Tanning options were top knotch as well as the relaxation station area for VIP members! So glad they are finally open! Everything looks amazing, staff at the front was very nice and helpful as well!

Wish there were more 45# plates, and add 65 and 70# barbells please. Would like to see the hydro massage beds and a total body fitness unit added. Also- please post a sign for the lunks using the smith machines to do pull ups.... to please use the pull up rack instead. We're standing in line for the smith and theres 2 empty pull up racks in the back....

The equipment is great, new and clean. I just think it is above strange that they had to remove the weight scale because it triggered some people. I love the place but the PC police is going to ruin the place.

I have been a member of Planet Fitness for a while now. I like that they are so affordable. Their staff is super friendly, the gym is always clean and overall maintained really well!

Some of the staff are great and some act like they'd rather be anywhere else.I also wouldn't recommend the trainers, some of the things they have people doing are downright scary.They have a lot of equipment, though, so still a good place to get a workout in.

The facility is very clean. They have cleaning stations set up through out. We clean what ever we touch including machines,yoga mats, free weights.The staff was pleasant and helpful from day one.

The black or African American lady at the register with dreds in her head was very rude. Came to Macon for a visit I have been going to planet fitness for ten years. Nobody was as rude to me as she was. Came early in the morning who is that nasty first thing in the morning. She was rude to the people who can in after me as well. This is a great company I no I travel all over and always visit random planet fitness. But she was being nasty And she represents you guys her And the other young black girl thought she was funny with the braids. I was not impressed and wouldn't suggest people go to this location

Planet Fitness is an awesome gym to get to that goal you've always wanted to get to. There are various amounts of machines and accommodations. There are enough machines for you to get a try at any of them. If you are new to the gym, there are machines that will make the workouts a little easier. People respect the "clean up after yourself" rule and keep the machines clean. This is a good spot for getting your fitness in without getting judged or looked at weirdly. #NOCRITICS

It has everything for a total workout without having too wait on a machine are free waits . Lots of equipment and showers are available also free lockers tanning beds and standup tanning is available. Great place prices are excellent and most of the time they have a no contact offer available. With certain plans it get be used at any location across the United States.

As PF employee, I have excited more from fellow PF employees my husband I were not greeted or told go bye... The women locker room smelled like mildew. I hate to leave a bad review but you all should do better, customer service is the goal.
