Five star customer service by Gerry. My first time at this location to transfer my membership. I was greeted with a friendly face immediately. This was by far better service than at my previous location in Medford, NY. Gerry was patient, observant and answered all of my questions. I received a tour of the gym and the training schedule was explained. Very thorough. I look forward to this location being my new home gym.

I have a membership at another location that had never credited a payment to my account. Upon coming to this location, they were prompted with my balance but I showed them the payment and they called my home store to get answers! Very thankful! She was able to get the issue taken care of and pretty quick too!! On top of that, the staff all around is very friendly and helpful. Super clean location as well. Very happy to see that! Large PF with a lot of amenities. We stopped on our way home from Florida to tan and the beds weren't cleaned, the fans didn't work and I was terrified of spending any more than a few minutes in the beds.

If I could give them a negative 5 star I would total crooks, I haven't had a chance to experience the gym seeing that i caught covid shortly after and still til this day recovering from yet I'm starting to see that they're no better than a used car salesman comfortably charging away $109 completely wasted, but I have to come into cancel my subscription during a pandemic while I'm recovering from covid, a simple phone call should suffice especially in this day and time or why not freeze my account if you see there's no activity...

A clean gym that’s well kept and with relatively new equipment. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it’s 70% cardio equipment. Some of the cardio equipment is never used and should be replaced with more weightlifting equipment.

I applaud GA Planet Fitness facilities for having disinfectant in each of their showers to be used before and after. This is the third location I have been to that does this.Showers have a seperate area in front of shower to undress and keep belongings close by. There are also seperate dressing areas across from the showers.

The staff is very nice and friendly the place seems extremely clean I love the setup in the locker rooms I think there should be more big lockers but obviously that's not going to change so it is what it is but if they use that floor plan again for another location maybe you can take that into consideration it's just a really busy place people come they mind their business they do their thing it's it's nice it's friendly it's welcoming it's safe it's great great workout. If I had to say anything was wrong with my visit it was just that the televisions all were on the news different news channels for different locations not one TV had something other than news and I like the news but not as my only option when I'm working out I want to watch something funny or something educational or something anything other than the news when I'm working out and they have eight different TVs with eight different channels and it's all the news at least it was during my visit maybe that was just a fluke on that day I don't know but that would be my only complaint

High Def TV's with lots of channels at each machine. I watched NFL football on 3 TV's (YES AT THE SAME TIME!!!) last Sunday AND got in a great max incline slow walk on the treadmill...Great locker rooms. Great showers. Clean. I've been to MANY PF's and this is a great one.
