I really like this gym. I wish they had a hack squat and a hip thrust station. They could also use a couple more portable weight benches, like near the cable machines. They try really hard to keep it clean.

This is a great place to achieve your fitness goals. The facility has a variety of equipment to choose from. They offer personal trainers, live classes as well as virtual classes. The environment is friendly, clean, and safe.

Great gym, clean equipment. Wish more people were wearing masks, but other than that, great facility. Basketball court is closed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Very opaque about billing. Can’t reach corporate and at the club level they are limited and don’t have answers about your account. Online account is useless. Reaching out about your membership through email or webform is useless. They are charging the same amount for less facility. Club management could be more professional.

Real poor job of wearing masks and social distancing. Sign on the door says masks required but more than half the people in their aren’t wearing masks and the staff doesn’t enforce wearing them. The most the staff will do is go on the intercom and say masks need to be worn and absolutely nobody listens to them. Wouldn’t be surprised if it gets shutdown again.

Like this facility. 24 hour needs to open the gyms they feel comfortable with WITH THE REGULAR HOURS. We are paying for 24 hour access. If we wanted less we could go to LA fitness. Stop messing with long time paying customers.

Honestly, but so sad - a one star is too good of a rating for the service 24 hour Fitness is delivering during this pandemic. Somebody at the corporate office, please explain to me how you are providing quality service and convenience to your members when you open for 1 hour, then close for 30 minutes to clean the "entire" gym, and then repeat the whole ridiculous ordeal for the remainder of the day. Whoever thought of this procedure needs to be FIRED!!!needs to be FIRED!!

The club is impeccable, modern with fantastic equipment. The staff is friendly. The problem is that they won't reinforce the mask policy in the club, eventhough they have a constant reminder on the club's screens. People won't wear their masks, and the staff won't tell them to do so. It's frustrating going to a supposedly "safe" club and the crew won't move a finger to reinforce the new rules. (Even their video says : masks are REQUIRED. IT IS THE LAW).

They were closed for a while. Glad to see them back open. Fitness plays plays such an important role in our lives. Not only to help fight viruses infections, and disease, but for our everyday health as well. Go AHEAD 24!. This is a newer facility. Though I believe they need to get the old steppers and the upright hack squat machines back, this one isn't a bad facility. Thanks for all that you do guys.🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🧗‍♀️🧗‍♂️🏊‍♂️⛹️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️🚴‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤾‍♂️🤙😆😌😀

Nice enough gym but I’ve been to better super sports. The staff here are a joke. Every time I come here at best I get a half a welcome and the weights are never cleaned up. This one does have double the squat racks so you don’t have to wait. No towel service. The sauna is not as warm as it should be. The steam room is better than other super sports.
