This place is amazing!!!! I've always been someone that knows how to workout but over the years you tend to hit a plateau. I've never been a person to sign up for personal trying but after speaking with the Fitness Manager KRISTA and being introduced to the personal training staff I decided to buy some personal training sessions. I got to train with several coaches like BEN, SHARALEE and even the Manager KRISTA and they all brought new perspectives and techniques to my Fitness goals. I've been training for an endurance and fitness competition and with their experience and help, I was able to achieve my goals. I'm very happy with the training and knowledge I learned from each trainer. I also signed up for their new Fitness Hit classes they have weekly and it's been a big change in my overall physical performance and health. I highly recommend going to this location and if you get a trainer this place is where you need to be because you will be treated like family. Thank you to the McKinney team for everything!!!

Too expensive for too little privileges for me is better LA FITNESS way better tor the quote for one person on 24 hours FITNESS in LA FITNESS I can take two people

It’s really sad that the staff here is by far the most incompetent I’ve seen at an establishment. That and you can go in there at any time of day and no one is wearing a mask properly and the staff doesn’t enforce anyone to wear one.

This is definitely our place for senior mornings and funtastic, but real whole body workouts. New equipment - lots of different choices for each individual. We Luvvvv it!

Called to cancel my membership six months ago they continue to charge me for six months when I called to tell them that they had charged me for six months they had zero empathy and came to zero resolution about getting compensation for the six months that I did not attend the gym.

Disappointed with this location. Tried to charge $40 to guest when it clearly states online you can try the gym for 3 days. Don’t recfomenr this place.

For someone who pays 50$ bucks every month for gym that saids 24 hrs but closes at 9pm I should not feel rushed mid shower to leave which happens every time by the black guy with dreads don’t know his name but very rude I’d this continues I will be canceling my membership smh

2 star just for the great people over there.Otherwise I feel cheated.The name is 24 hour fitness but it closes at 9 pm.Now even the covid is gone.But they still close at 9 pm.

24 hours? Whatever! Open up 24 hours or change your name! I called and they said they need to get their stores in California up and running? What does California have to do with this gym in McKinney? Stop making excuses!
