I went to inquire about the membership. The front desk guy asked to wait. When I asked if i can take a tour he refused.

17 out of order signs, which is horrible they make you rethink your membership LA Fitness you pay a little more but you don't have to worry about this issue...

Marginal gym, due to low focus on maintenance of equipment, lack of focus by management/staff, and even the outside grounds/lot has trash left for a week at least. Just a low sense of pride. Heck, even one piece of cardio had an out of service sign on it for 10 months! They simply removed the sign, but it still doesn't work/slips. Regional obviously doesn't monitor. Positives are good amount of equipment, some of the front staff are proactive/greet ya/help and cleaning lady works her backside off to clean up the puddles of sweat and wipes down the areas.

I’ve been a member since they opened and have watched this place totally go downhill. It’s dirty, multiple machines not working for weeks (if not months) at a time, and always crowded especially with teenagers who stand around and talk or pose in the mirrors. But the worst part is the number of wannabe influencers who take selfies in the locker room. You can no longer change clothes in there unless you want to be on somebody’s social media page half naked. I’ve reported to mgmt, but they don’t care.

The weightlifting platforms need the crash mats replaced, but everything else is clean and well maintained

Have been going to this gym for about a year now and the amount of people who have joined seems to have gone up tremendously, so all the machines are always taken no matter what time you go. The worst part is there's really only 1 type of each machine. With the amount of people this gym now has, they should be paying attention to accommodate the number of machines per the amount of members. If you don't want to have to wait, you have to go when everybody is still sleeping (between 10pm and 4am). We try to go around 1pm or 2pm when most people should be back from lunch and still working, but somehow the place is always packed! Not to mention almost nobody wipes down the equipment after they use it.

Been coming here since 2020. 15+ pieces of equipment out of order as of this review and some have been out of order for weeks. I have worked for gyms the last 19 years and I can tell you this is completely unacceptable. Please don't reply with the same copy and pasted "sorry" reply that you have posted for the other poor reviews that have been given. For the amount we are all paying, get maintenance in to fix these machines. The gym is already too small for the number of members that attend, and now with so many pieces of equipment out of order, it's unbearable.

This gym will always have a place in my heart because it was my first gym I started at more than 1.5 years ago. But I can't do it anymore. I've watched this gym go on the downhill slope for the passed few months. First off, it's insanely crowded, probably doubled in membership since when I started. The only times where it's not bad is late at night or around 12pm-2. But worse is the failure to maintain equipment and standards. Just right now, the water fountain is broken, the swimsuit spinner, one of the cables, at least 1-2 machines at a time. The cable adjusters are never greased, ever. The paper towels are always empty and the bathrooms are constantly in shambles. The water quality of the hot tub is suspicious. When I go in, there seems to be plenty of staff, yet all they do is loiter around the front desk. I figured every 24 Hour Fitness was like this until I went to my friend's location in Fairview and saw that it was in top notch condition in comparison.Again, I will always appreciate this gym and I hope it gets back to what it was. Until then, I'm gone.
