I have now heard from multiple people that this places charges a lot of hidden fees and doesn’t tell you about possible upcoming fees coming up. Unprofessional is an understatement. They are taking money from hardworking people by not communicating effectively. I’m disgusted.

I came looking for a new gym for my new years resolution and witnessed there are a lot of concerning aspects at this gym.For one, only a few of the workers were wearing masks and no one working out had one on as well although they were in very close proximity.During a pandemic i really wish they showed more concern and at least asked some customers to wear their mask for the safety of others.I will try to find another gym which at least takes the safety of their customers into consideration.

I got a phone call today from Andrew Acker at Club4. He was asking me to refrain from contributing to the chalk board unless it was “inspiring or motivating.” The only things I’ve ever written on the board pertained to being LGBT. Things like, “HAVE PRIDE” in rainbow letters or, “out and proud”—The latest addition was, “gay AF & proud”. I see where I messed up. Including “af” gave someone grounds to complain. Mr. Acker did NOT hesitate to call and ask me to stop. At this point, I was heated. I had asked about all the other times it didn’t include profanity— he insisted I just stop. I said this is 2022 and that IS inspiring. He then said “let me be blunt, this is my gym and I don’t want it.” A few moments later he asked if he could just cancel my membership— free of charge. I ended the conversation saying I would see him around. I lost my cool but I haven’t felt so irked about this in a LONG TIME.

Only been here once to work out so far. Great gym, pretty spacious. And the hydro massage chair is great. Will update after a few weeks of working out here.

Manager Andrew, having a complete disregard for not only his team members but even members of the club. Disrespectful, arrogant, and trashy fall short of describing his level of professionalism and ability to run a gym. Of the entirety of the great staff working here, Andrew has demonstrated he will be the fall out of this franchise location.Corporate seems to already be working on it.

Awesome gym with ellipticals, treadmill, free weights, machines, tanning booth, spa, and main area has very high floor to top and very large fans for excellent ventilation, friendly staff and fun music. There is also a dance studio with smooth wood floor and mirrored wall. Enjoy the UV before a workout, enjoy the hydromassage after. Pure water fountains and energy drinks available. Consult with personal trainer by appointment.
