This rating is for the gym experience. I like the layout and the selection of machines.However, I have heard cancelation is a bit much. Haven't gone through it yet but others have provided a review on it.

At 4 AM the front desk ladies are not professional... they always busy doing everything else than greeting or paying attention to the members...they need more skills of customer service.....Another thing I don't like about this place is that there is a man that stinks so bad and I know that members have had complained and nobody done anything to solve the problem THIS MAN STINKS THE WHOLE BUILDING. .The building is okay.The free weights are perfect.The machines are not that great , old broken equipment and not enough .

Anytime it rains the kids gym is close and the basketball court is close. So if you have kids and injoy playing pick up games don't come to this one. This been going on for awhile and the basketball is close on Sunday until 12pm. SMHFitness connection you need to fix the issue not say you care about your member safety. The roof is leaking and you close the gym down. Thats issues.

I attend regularly.The crowd goes up and down by day and night. Sundays seem to be most empty with Monday being the busiest.The women's gym is great and the locker room has a big sauna.I've tried the classes, but they always have speaker issues with the music. It's hit or miss

This is a great gym, they have good equipment, the problem with this place is that the side of pecs and biceps is always full, I have been in this gym since January and never had a single chance to be in or use those equipments, still, there is another machines that you can use to excersice this body parts on the other side of the gym but it would be nice to expand that area for sure.

Great place if you mainly want a cardio work out or machines. Dumbbells and barbell weights are very few and long wait. The hours on weekends are not great, and gym closes for many reasons, last Friday, entire day for weather, apparently, but not updated on Google.So glad you guys kept basketball court! Extra star.Please keep bathrooms cleaner, thanks.

The manager is extremely rude ,extra and unnecessarily by the books. It's a gym, not a bank lady,chill out. My fest didn't have an ID with then but had the email and phone number for the GUEST PASS! Also, they say cancel any time but definitely not true. They want to charge me 50 bucks to cancel. Never going back

First visit at the Mesquite location. I had a great experience! The gym was clean the equipment was in good condition and the staff was friendly. I'm going back tomorrow. I'm hoping to try the food and shakes.

Called to ask about a guest pass. I was told it was $15. I was visiting from out of town and walked down from the hotel I was in for a workout. Upon arrival at 6:30 am, I was told no guest passes were available until 8:00 am. I stated I was from out of town, the association was unsympathetic. I informed the associate what I was told over the phone and she was unsympathetic and unmotivated to resolve the communication shortfall. Moreover, I cannot locate this policy on any website or posted anywhere. Disappointed does not even scratch the surface.
