Good luck getting fast service! It looks like theres only one person answering phones in the entire company/corporation. It takes them over 1 hour and 39 minutes to answer 15 calls ridiculous. They make so much money I’m sure they can afford some people to answer.

Glad to be back in the gym after 2 years! The staff is wonderful and the facility is always topnotch when it comes to cleanliness!

Left PF and joined FC because of the kids center and because I wanted to attend a bigger gym. FC gym is bigger than PF gyms but there are also 10X more people at FC gyms which defeats the purpose. After learning the business hours for the Kids Center I downgraded my membership because my child would never be able to attend the kids center during those hours. Kids center hours need to be posted on the FC website. Employees seem nice at this location but a lot of their equipment need to be fixed or changed to new ones. Having the separate section for women workouts only was nice. I cancelled my membership because there were just wayyy too many people here to get a good workout in and I was then told I could switch to a different location as a "one-time" courtesy but the change would be indefinite meaning I would never be able to go to another FC gym. Also doesn't help that there are not too many FC locations in this area. Considering going back to PF, wayyy more flexibility.

This gym says false info front desk personnel named valentine was giving out a certain promo so we can get a membership and once you ready to pay they tell you to pay full price and the promotion was a mistake it no longer exists mind you she been there 2 years and does not know her promotions?! Her work ethic is not it she need to get it together.

I wanted to update my review I had cancelled my membership due to a string of events that made me feel unsafe here the last straw was when a security officer died because he was trying to maintain safety in this place where 3 individuals beat the guard to death.The price is right $10 😆 a month but at no cost should a person fill unsafe in a gym.

The gym is good they just need to get back to 24hrs during the day it's too packed people also like to workout at night!

I've only been going here for about 3 months. Very clean, I always see them cleaning. Very nice front desk also some pretty good deals on cases of protein drinks and pre workout.🖤 Salted Carmel Girl

Cool gym but they don't really answer the phone. Drove 50 minutes today because I had to cancel my membership in person only to be told I have to pay a fee which was pointless because I'm under a contract. 😀 if only they had somebody to answer the phone! Membership is dirt cheap so ita a great gym for what it is. Some gyms average to 400 and up a year.

Never sign up for this gym!!!They told us they were gonna be able to watch our kid even though shes 2, and they assured us more than 10 times. And when we went in for the first time they didn’t respect our agreement, and they cant even refund us with our annual and monthly fee! Go here if you want your money stolen!

Yes,I go to this Gym.Yes,I like the gym.Is clean,is nice.Full of good people and workouts are always fun.
