Fitness Connection

Mesquite fitness connection needs yo do better. Tons of staff up at check in however dam gym looks a mess. Dirty bathrooms, broken machines all the time, weight scattered everywhere. Like lots of staff but a messy gym. Women's workout area is a joke. Hey mesquite fitness connection maybe you should go checkout fitness connect on forest and see what a gym should look like. It's a farther drive for me but he'll it's worth it. Mesquite fitness connection looks so getto.

Definitely the best one I’ve been to so far. I love the second floor for cardio. The open space for personal workouts is so much appreciated. Mainly the upkeep on the equipment and cleanliness is what I value the most.

I come here frequently and the staff is always nice and machine’s are very clean but, the dumbbell availability is nonexistent… because anything under 35lbs is scattered across the gym. I understand if I go at peak hours but I go at a relatively slow time in the morning or early afternoon. I workout with my friends who need the lower weights, and half the time I’m looking for weights, which we cannot attain because there isn’t enough.

I joined today coming off a free day pass and the front desk associate ( Evelyn) assisted me with patience. She was very informative with the membership's and I hope that this Mesquite location has more great associates like Evelyn. PS .. the gym floors could be a little more trash free...

Went in for the first time today after signing up this weekend. Really impressed with how open, clean and in good repair everything was. There's a women's only area which I appreciated and there are lockers, showers, sauna, a movie theater, a cafe... it lived up to everything the website portrayed it to be and I'm excited to go back tomorrow! The only downside is this location doesn't have a pool.

I enjoy this gym a lot. It's HUGE! There's so many different types of exercise machines, a sauna, basketball courts, females only section (that's behind a glass door), and tons of weights. Did i forget to mention it's two stories! As a father, I really enjoy the kids club. Unlike the fitness connection in Grand Prairie, TX., they don't harass you at the two hour limit. If you're picking your kid up 2 minutes late, your not be called or having to talk to someone about it. The women's here are much friendlier.

I truly love my Gym.... The staff is friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean, they are lots of machines, there is an area for women to workout, a B-ball Court, a large room for classes. Which I have 2 awesome instructors for 2 very different classes, I look forward to every week. ( Hell, I have yet to go upstairs to peep out the rest of the facility. Ok, Update to going upstairs with the Cardio machines, I was very impressed with the variety they offer 🥴(I know they have a cycling class, still haven't tried yet but the room for that class very nice and it has good amount of bikes). There's a dry sauna ( I 😍) in each designated restroom which are clean. Straight Awesome sauce 😊

I’ll give this place a 3⭐️⭐️⭐️only because it really needs to go back to open 24/7 🙄 I go everyday but I work weekends and can’t make it before 8pm when you close🙄 I mean your open all the way till 12 midnight but only Monday-Thursday 😑but close @8pm on the weekends 😑 not cool 👎🏼 …

I wish it was 24/7, but other then that I would still give this gym 5 stars it’s clean, & although it can get crowded there is plenty of machines to work on, always seeing cleaning staff doing a good job too 5 stars highly recommended.
