Overall great gym just do NOT pay for a physical trainer. My trainer stopped showing up (she was the best) with no heads up, we had to go up to the front desk and let them know. About 20 mins later (cutting into my workout time) we got a different trainer...from that day forward we had different trainer almost everyday, making my workouts so inconsistent. They really didn’t push me to do my best like my first trainer did.You would think if you are paying 100$ a month for this service you would actually get what you paid for but I guess not. I ended up canceling because THEY were NOT consistent and unfortunately I still had to pay a percentage of the remaining months.

I have been going to Fitness Connection for three weeks now. I absolutely love my experience so far. The facility is clean and all of the employees have been beyond kind and considerate. Just starting out I am comfortable working out in the separate part of the gym dedicated for women only.This a gym I can definitely see myself going to long term!

Half of the machines in there have been broken for months now. Literally months! Also there is only three water fountains and two of them have been out of service for 4 weeks now. I understand machines break sometimes but it’s unacceptable that they stay broken for months. Do better.

There is so much equipment to use that getting a workout in is never a problem. The staff is kind and courteous. It is always a pleasure to come in get my work out on and leave satisfied knowing the staff will address any concerns or questions I may have. Monica especially is always a pleasure to interact with. She is friendly, courteous mild-mannered, and very professional.

I love Fitness Connection it's a great place to work out. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Since the reopening with the covid19 pandemic they have been very aware of the members and staff safety. Checking your temperature at the door and scanning your own badge at the desk. Also the cleaning staff are walking around constantly wiping down the equipment.

I had to cancel my gym membership due to not being able to afford it. Went in person to cancel and the guy who helped me was very jive and understanding but failed to mention I would still get billed one more time. Called to see why I was charged and Johnathan was so disrespectful! I said I was glad I was no longer with them and his response was "We are too". That not ok and the worst customer service I have ever in my life experienced! Never would I ever recommend this gym to ANYONE! Not even my worst enemy! 👎🏻

I think this gym is great! I’m giving it 3 stars only because of 2 reasons.1) I understand that they’re taking precautions to keep people at a distance from each other and that’s why they label the equipment as not working and that’s understandable. I also noticed that there’s USUALLY 2 of the same equipment. For example, they’ll have 2 of the same ab machines so they label one as NOT working and the other one IS working, that’s great! but then they have those very few machines that is just that ONE machine in the entire gym that targets that particular muscle you’re trying to workout and they’ll label THAT machine as NOT working. Like really? Lol Whhhhhy!?!? So In the women’s room they have 2 INNER thigh machines(one available and the other isn’t) and then ONE OUTER thigh machine and it’ll be labeled as NOT working. Kinda frustrating, like come on guys, at least make sure there’s 2 of each machine before labeling the very few ones as NOT WORKING.2) It hasn’t gone to 24hrs yet. Again I can KINDA understand why that hasn’t happened. It’s frustrating for me because of my schedule (and I’m sure for others as well who are in a similar situation) I work the night shift, so on my days off when I would usually be at work I would go to the gym but since they’re still not 24hrs yet, I’ve been going with a friend of mines to her gym that IS 24hrs, PLANET FITNESS. There’s other gyms that are open 24hrs now like PLANET FITNESS and ANYTIME FITNESS. I really hope you’ll consider being 24hrs soon.Other than those 2 reasons I mentioned, FITNESS CONNECT is a great gym.

I've been a member at Fitness Connection for about a year and had a good experience in that time. However, everything has gotten SUPER shady now that I'm trying to cancel mine and my husband's memberships.We moved 20 minutes away to an apartment complex with a free gym and free fitness classes, so we have no need for a gym membership. I followed FC's instructions and mailed in a letter (a 30 day notice) in mid-December because we were moving in mid-January and figured that would be perfect timing.I called the first week of January to see if the cancellation notice was documented on my account (just to be safe) - it wasn't. They said it can take 2-3 weeks for a letter to be processed and posted on an account and to call back the next week. So I waited and called again only to be told that they were running behind on cancellations due to the holiday season and to wait another week and call back again. So I just called back for the 3rd week in a row only to be told that they definitely don't have a cancellation letter from me and that I need to mail another one. Which can take 2-3 weeks to process BEFORE my 30 day notice goes into effect.So I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she isn't available but that I can leave a voicemail, which will be returned within 24-48 BUSINESS hours. As in, 3-6 business days. Clearly, the goal is to keep me paying for my unused membership as long as possible.I hate that this cancellation process has ruined my experience with the gym. I used to recommend the gym to friends and would've considered going back in the future but now I feel quite taken advantage of.

During this pandemic that we are currently having the gym is a good place to keep your mind off it. Let me just say that This gym is very good and on top of everything. When you first enter you are welcomed and they check your temperature. Then you go to the front desk and they greet you and you feel welcomed. After that you can enjoy your work out and get those gains. This place is my favorite due to the vast amount of equipment they have. I recommend this place to anyone that is Serious about getting fit and staying safe during the pandemic. One thing that I forgot to mention use gloves when on a machine.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the costumer service is great. Spoke to the manager "Monica" about my account and she was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Her personality was very joyful and her costumer service was great!! Such a joy to see her and always making me feel welcomed. They have all kinds of machines and free weights, great place to workout at. It's a big gym that provides classes, childcare, basketball court and also a sauna 👍👍👍 I recommend it.
